Format copy changes exactly as you want them to appear, paying attention to capitalization, extra or missing spaces, correct spelling, and line breaks. Copy changes that do not meet these requirements, or Excel files that needs modification to ensure accurate data transfer, will incur a typesetting fee at a rate of $60 (G) per hour.
Orders weighing less than 1 pound may be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, which adds an extra day to production time. Shipping and handling charges are determined and charged to the provided credit card at the time of shipment. We do not provide shipping quotes, only estimates. Actual shipping charges may be greater than provided estimates due to carrier and packaging fluctuations.
Standard and rush production times are listed for each product on our website, and apply to catalog quantities. Orders are considered submitted only after a PO and artwork have both been received, and any clarifications have been resolved in writing. Proof approvals and prepayments must be completed within 24 hours of our request to stay on schedule.
All " personalization" or "copy changes" must be in a text format that can be copy and pasted. Any order of more than 5 personalized items will require an excel spreadsheet formatted exactly as you want the names to appear on the items (one line per column, upper and lower case accurate). No! Our contract decorating services are a cost-effective, reliable way to make your clients' requests a reality. We need a photo of the item, accurate dimensions and material information, and vector artwork. For best pricing on high volume runs, we will do a run time test which takes an extra day or two.
