Worse experience I have had with any type of company.
I scheduled a appointment on a Thursday between 11-1. It’s about 1:30 and I called to see what was going on. They said he was still at his other service call and would get to me ASAP. 3:30 still nothing. I called again and she said between 4-7pm. Ok 7:30 comes along and still nothing. I called AGAIN and she said he’s still at his other call and would head my way as soon as he was done. Well I finally get a call around 9:30 pm saying he wasnt going to make it and they can come out Saturday between 10-1. So they get out here and the guy acts
