Bought a brand new 2019 Dodge Durango from here. Had it for 2 years (only 36k miles) on it when it randomly started overheating. I took it to them and one of the service advisors I think his name is Mike told me it was a factory defect. (Why else would I have a coolant hose leak with only 36k miles) So they had my car for 3 weeks didn’t offer me a rental at all and wouldnt give me one when I asked. I have a job, daughter that lives across the bridge and I had to Uber and my girl had to take me everywhere. They fixed the coolant hose which I had to pay for. ($515 in total is what I paid for repairs

I could not have been happier. Dennis was able to get me a rental car at a very good rate. They anticipated completing the work on Thursday but were able to find the part locally, so the repair was completed on Tuesday. The work that was performed is very good, I can definitely tell a difference in the trucks performance.

Everyone was friendly and courteous. The service was good. The recommended fixes came to $2050.47. Two concerns about this is 1) the cost for parts were far excessive for what the same GM parts can be purchased elsewhere on line by as much as $400.00 more. And 2) one of the recommended fixes was to repair the front brakes which I had replaced at JJones Corydon 4 months earlier. I had to asked that these be covered under warranty. The brake rotors and pads installed at that time came from NAPA. I think I got approval this will happen. My intent is to purchase the needed parts that come back to have

Exceptional customer service with a focus on details. Gregory Dennison is an excellent employee who is very customer focused. He worked with me to establish a rotating schedule to service all 3-vehicles on the same day. John Jones Auto group in Corydon is the best! Great service is a rare gem these days, but John Jones of Corydon exceeded my expectations!
