Today, charges against my son were dropped in Fauquier Juvenile court!
Attorney Tim Olmstead took his case when it didn't look promising. Tim
was confident and assuring in proceeding with his belief that he could
get the charges dropped... and he was 100% correct! As a father, I felt
Tim's care for my son in giving him great advice and his general concern
for my son's wellbeing, throughout the three-year ordeal. If your child
is in any sort of trouble, I highly recommend Attorney Tim...I'm so blessed
that our family did!

He is a good person and better lawyer. I worked with Tim for almost a year consecutively- he is helpful, understanding, and very professional. He seems to genuinely sympathize with people's situations rather than treat them as transactions. It was a great relief to have his help during such a stressful period. She is knowledgeable and patiently taught me the things I needed to know and what to expect in family court. If I could put 0 stars I would. Timothy Olmstead is lazy and neglectful. Never responds. Doesn't keep his words don't trust him or give him any of your money. His negligence put me in jail for failure to appear while he was my counsel and left before I got there court. He sent me an EMAIL after I was in handcuffs trying to find him. And he also was representing me in an injury case where he hasn't done a thing for me in months. Or has he? I don't know!!! A simple call would be great
