Chad Lubke has been a licensed builder since 2000. Chad obtained a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Ferris State University and has completed over 300 single family homes and nearly 500 condo and town homes units. Chad has always specialized in luxury building. Prior to starting Lubke, Chad and members of the Lubke team completed three high rise condominium projects in the Tampa Bay area.
The first project was Parkshore Plaza, located on Beach Dr in downtown St Petersburg, Parkshore was a 30 story, 118 unit 446,000 SF design-build condominium with 11,000 SF of elevated amenity area, 6 custom penthouse units, 24,000 SF of retail space, and (2) 3 story parking structures for 277 cars.

A lot of people think they need to hire an architect up front before talking to a builder. We have found that working with a builder upfront, who is an expert in your area is the best choice you can make. By proactively planning upfront we are able to align your vision of the home and transfer that into plans that will meet your expectations and budget.
I have a new home 8 months into the construction process. I've been extremely impressed with Chad and his team of professionals. My day-to-day contact has been with the Site Supervisor Balatzar. Always professional and extremely knowledgeable about the building process; I couldn't be happier with him.

Lubke Construction built our home which was completed in 2019. We are very pleased with the results. The most notable source of our satisfaction is the excellent service after we moved in. The things which required attention have been handled, or are in the process of being taken care of. Thanks Chad.

Edited to note that Chad Lubke was contacted during the construction and he declined to help our community or alleviate our concerns.
Lubke built a house in my small neighborhood in 2019 to 2020. Their organization was incredibly unprofessional to our community and I will go so far as to say abused the neighborhood. Examples include: garbage being left in community spaces daily including food waste and construction waste, mailboxes and planters were hit and knocked over without being fixed, two cars were hit (with no remedy), immediate neighbors experienced five flat tires (with no remedy), workers
