He showed up and really didn’t do anything but hook some wires up and take the front panel off of the unit . Didnt diagnose what the problem was - but instead trying to scam me $3,980 for a new unit . Never looked at my thermostat or my furnace .

We had an overnight emergency of our furnace going out so we called to see if someone could come out and look at it considering we have a 3 year old and a 5 month old and the temp was already down to 63 degrees in our house. When we called we were told Joe would be right on the way this was around 3:30am and he didn’t show up till after 8am, that was even with us calling to check up on the situation. When he got here he was rude and wasn’t even here for more then 5 minutes stating our flame sensor was out and couldn’t do anything till Monday and left. Well we decided to call Midwest heating
