After going to salons closer to home and being underwelmed with either the selection of dresses or the staff, I found Rienzi Bridal and I WISH I WOULD HAVE GONE HERE FIRST!! Everyone was so happy and helpful with my mom, mother in law, and bridesmaids. I was even happy to see how polite and friendly they were with my special needs sister.All 6 bridesmaids are ordering their dresses from here and I couldnt be happier!!

I had an appointment made to try on dresses. I made the appointment 3 weeks prior. I specifically made it for a Friday because I’m done work early and made it @ 6:30 to accommodate my bridesmaids. We show up, the front desk girl looks at me like she doesn’t want to say anything. Then says your appointment was for yesterday. Then another woman rudely says “well you know we close at 7” .. no I don’t know that because I made the appointment at this time for a reason. Never once called to say I missed the appointment and to reschedule. Needless to say the customer service sucks, will not

I made and appointment the girl that answer the phone was nice and they give me and appointment right away. When I got there they told me to go around and pick what I like with out taking measurements. I'm glad 2 friends came alone and I felt happier because been there by my self felt so bad. The lady that got in the room with me she wasn't very helpful at all she didnt even help me in the fitting room. I was so disappointed with everything. And it sad because they down the street from me now I have to travel and hour just to find a wedding dress.

I swung by here on a whim with my daughter for a homecoming dress, and I'm so glad we did! We walked out within an hour not only with a perfect dress but even shoes, all for $200. She couldn't be happier and I was relieved not to drive all over Earth to dress shop. The help was excellent, it was an all around wonderful experience. We'll be back when prom season rolls around!

I'm 52 yrs old married for 30 yrs to my soulmate n we decided to finally have our big day so my daughter recommended rienzi bridal n from the minute I walked in the door to the day I picked my dress up it was the best experience of my life. Everyone was very helpful answered all my questions helped me find my perfect dress made my stress level drop dramatically n made me feel so comfortable. I give this place 10 stars n recommend to any age bride, bridesmaid, mother of the bride, prom or whatever the occasion. I cant thank the staff enough for all they have done if ever there is any fancy occassion

Terrible experience. I went without my mom to start trying on prom dresses. They were unwelcoming from the beginning. When I was in my dressing room for 20 minutes with no one else in the store I was told “you can’t take up a room this long” I explained my mom would come later and she became much nicer. I tried on a dress, which I thought looked nice, she laughed at it, then realized I liked it and said “it’s doable”. Will never shop here again and won’t recommend it to anyone.

I called ahead to see if they had a particular dress in stock that I was interested in trying on. They said they didn’t have the dress I was looking for but had something “almost identical.” I drove over a half hour there only to find out that they DID NOT have a dress that was almost identical. They appeared to have a large selection of dresses, but many of the ones on display were discontinued. They also were not able to clip the dress to my size because they did not want to “damage the beading.” Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to make a decision on a dress when you’re wearing

Walking in everyone was so welcoming you. Ask what type of dress you are looking for, they know right where that style was. Everyone was so nice and if one wasn’t with you the other were helping you! The amazing workers gave me so much confidence in how I look in all the dresses! Thank you soooo mucking ❤️❤️

I found my dress here in 2012 it was a corset back strapless ballroom length bridesmaid dress that could have been dyed in to ivory , champagne, white or winter white & I was planning on using the bridesmaids dress as my wedding dress & it was in my budget you have very beautiful wedding dresses but I am not all about the beading or bling I just want something plain & simple . I know that you all used to carry Alfred Angelo & if my dress was in one of his collections then I will have to come in & start all over from scratch .
