I had a lip blushing procedure done in December 2020 and had a touch up appointment January 2021. I was told my results would last two years and did everything I was told to do, including going to the touch up after the initial appointment. I reached out and sent photos 8 months later to see if I needed a small touch up to do a blotchy fade of the color and was told I would have to pay $199 for it to be touched up. She also said that I needed a touch up a month after my initial touch up and that I didn’t follow those instructions. I was never given instructions to have two touch ups, if I had

My lash lift resulted in VERY UNFAVORABLE results. I immediately called when I got home to see what could be done to fix them. I called and called and couldn't leave a message. I emailed that day, two days later and again on day 6. I've yet to get a response. My service provider also wasn't wearing gloves, and didn't have a sanitizing or cleaning supplies visible in her work space. It was one of those appointments where you wish you would've followed your gut instinct and gotten up before the damage was done.

My daughter went in to have the lash lift and tint on a Monday afternoon last week around 5 PM ...lashes were beautiful at that time, then two days later on Wednesday we noticed that one of the eyes was droopy ,the lashes to one eye had lost the curl completely. So, she very politely and professionally texted Mariela who was the person who originally did the eye lash lift. She told my daughter that “I’m sorry your lashes are falling that definitely shouldn’t be happening this soon. Seriously the best! If you are thinking about micro blading your eyebrows, Mariela is the only person to see. She walked me through the entire process and I found it was completely painless. I could not express enough how much I love my eyelashes!! Denise took her time, did not make me feel rushed. She made sure I was comfortable and even gave me a mini break in between because I have ADHD and I have a hard time laying still. I have not used make up since I've had my lashes done. I feel confident and beautiful without it. She taught me how to properly care for them and included a tool to help. I LOVE HER WORK. I LOVE MY CLASSIC VOLUME LASHES!

Denise was incredible! I was very hesitant to get a lash lift and tint because I had heard horror stories of them being done poorly but Denise surpassed all my expectations. The lash lift I received here was so amazing. Everything was very professional and comfortable! I would recommend this place to anyone! I also appreciated the online booking system, as it made everything very seamless, I didn't have to make any phone calls which was convenient with my busy schedule. My before and after photos that she took and sent to me were something I very much enjoyed. If you're thinking about getting a lash lift done, make sure you get it here!!!
