Tony and his crew are very helpful and informative. They Can and Will show you what you need and if they do not have it in stock they will order any special items that other stores don't even understand. This is where I go instead of the internet or the chain stores. It IS a Brick and mortar store that has everything the other stores don't. When all other stores fail this store is open in all types of wether, and I classify them as first responders to provide US with Fast, Dependable, Reliable, Service. They are Open 7 Days a week.

JUST WOW! Talk about friendly & great service!!! My husband and I just moved into our home 2 months ago and the previous owners removed all the window screens. We've been so stressed over the damn screens because we knew our windows were custom to the builder and thought it would be a process to get new ones. We also have been having tons of issues with bugs getting in the house because of the no screens. We called J&J Hardware, spoke to Tony and within 1.5 hours of contacting them they had come to our home, taken measurements and took our order for 10 screens, at a price we felt was

I love J&J! I’ve been going there since I was kid with my dad and now I bring my kids. The owner Tony is wonderful, so nice and very personable. His wife and the rest of the staff are equally as awesome. They have just about whatever you need and will order or point you in the right direction if they don’t. I recommend J&J to everyone!

I love this hardware store and more. They just repaired our window screens. We bought our propane bottle and when you go for refill you get your new propane bottle back. Never knew that those other places give you back older bottles. Think about that? Thank you for always solving our Hardware needs.

Everywhere was sold out of sleds during the winter storm, and I called this store. He said they were sold out, so I thought nothing of it. 15 minutes later, I get a call back saying that someone passed on the sled. He reserved it for us and we were able to come pick it up. Super excited, and it made our week! Amazing customer service, almost cried I was so happy. My toddler had his first snow day, and it’s all thanks to J & J

Tony and Staff are Great!! No matter what I need they always try to get it for me , and have it in stock every time I go and I need something I ran out of , I also Recommended his wife's Blind buisness to many people ...they are the best Customer service I have been to , and I have been to a lot , I will always recommend J&J Hardware I also love there plants spring , and fall, I get them there as well . A month ago we had just had our lawn power seeded and when I went to water the lawn the sprinkler I had bought in the spring, it wouldn’t go back and forth. I went to J&J to get a new one. When I described to Tony what was wrong he came back to my house to try to fix it. When he could not he exchanged the broken one for a new one (we determined I had most likely bought the original from him). No other place will give you service like this!

Had an awesome experience this morning. a tire fell off of my double stroller. i brought it along with my twin almost 2 year olds and they were so helpful! found all the right parts for me, helped me fix it and charged me under 2 dollars! all while my kids ran around the store for a half hour. I am so appreciative!

My Father used to take me to J&J when I was a boy. I'm 75 now and still go to J&J. Convenient to my house and much quicker and cheaper than the big box stores. People there are knowledgeable and eager to help you no natter what your project

I support local businesses first. They depend on us as local residents, not some corporate store with its owner always on vacation. Tony the owner, and his mom & dad before him is always helpful and always there. They have the things the box stores don't carry, but J&J carries loads of stuff the big stores carry . It's like "Cheers"; where everyone knows your name. Great prices too.

There is a review on here that I guess yelp flagged as being inaccurate, but after my experience today with the owner of J&J Hardware, I am pretty confident that the post was inaccurately flagged.
Up until today, I have only experienced dealing with the employee's at J&J (I've been a frequent customer for about 2 years now). I've recommended them to plenty of people. They "were" much more convenient, knowledgeable, and friendly then those at Lowes/Home Depot.
All of the above changed today when I had experienced what the owner of this business is like. Saying

Best customer service ever.. i needed 6 bolts and nuts and washers and locking washers.. without even asking for help he tracked it all down built up everything i needed. it would have taken me forever to hunt through all the drawers and cabinets looking for all those parts.. only place im going for hardware.
