So what if it has a 10 year warranty!! We bought our eastern king Aireloom at Macy's (read my review about Macy's screw job). Within a couple of weeks it had a hump in the middle and the edge of the entire bed had an edge that was 6-8 inches inward that was different than the rest of the bed thereby cutting your sleeping space that short to the point I felt like I was sleeping on a queen size! Horrible, cheap bed that we paid 10K for. Supposedly Macy's top of the Hotel Collection. Said we had 90 days to return it if we didn't like it. Didn't say that if its defective

When we tried this bed in the store my husband felt very comfortable as soon as he laid on it. I felt like it was a little firm, but thought I could get use to it. From the first night it has been a nightmare for both of us. We are exhausted! My back, shoulders, hips ache. It has gotten so bad after two years I have gone to the spare bedroom. My husband is not sleeping well and it feels like only after two years there is already body impressions on both sides of the bed. It sleeps hot. Very disappointed overall.

Horrible. I bought a Cal King expensive mattress. After just four months, there are deep holes where I sleep. I can't use it any longer. And I'm a light person, 140 lbs. How can we file a class action law suit against this business. There are so many people with the same complaint. It is not right that we all have to take a financial loss for a defective product.

We bought a full-priced king mattress last year. Very quickly, two deep (more than 6 inches) "depressions" developed that made sleeping virtually impossible. We reached out directly to the company many times without any response. Our interior designer ultimately reached Aireloom and was told that the company would not do any of the following: take back the product and switch us to a different style (though I doubt we would want that, as our experience was so terrible), refund us or partially refund us. We purchased the Aireloom Emerald Queen bed set in 2012. Although it cost more than double what we intended to spend on a mattress set, we were reassured by the 20-year warranty backed up by the company. The bed afterall looks plush and is very comfortable when it first comes out of the plastic. After the first 5 years of use, and many rotations, the bed has a sag. We are not of unusual size or weight, and we don't jump up and down on the bed. So this was not expected. I have the same complaint as everyone else on yelp.
Aireloom mattress sagged within the first year it's been 4 1/2 years now since we purchased it and they will not honor a warranty they should be out of business taking peoples hard earned money. And I spent $5,700 on this piece of junk. Will never be buying anything from Aireloom again.

Purchased the extra firm Aireloom Carnelian King for about $4,000. After only 2 months, there is sagging on both sides of the bed with a hump in the middle!!!
Am returning to Mancini's!! I have since read there are hundreds of similar complaints. How can anyone say that Aireloom is a fine product??? That certainly has not been our experience, not that of many!

Sadly, I will not purchase a Kluft Aireloom again. I thought I was purchasing a quality high- end bed. After only two years there are sinkholes on both sides, I called Aireloom and they shared there is nothing they will do about it and contact the vendor for remediation-to no avail. Also, because they are handmade, body impression exposure will happen per their Warranty department. Very poor experience, I have been relegated to sleeping on our floor until we purchase a sound bed. Please ask the right questions prior to purchasing. I do not recommend this company.
