Super fast! Called a day ahead for balloons for my sisters graduation they helped me pick out a perfect display all I had to do was tell them my color schemes and give them a few yes or no's. They even deliver!!

Pretty pricey but does have a great assortment of balloons. A majority of the employees are pretty rude and act "better than". It use to be a really fun & friendly place to shop. Too bad it's changed so much.

The only place where I get my balloons. They have the biggest variety and their helium balloons lasts up to 2 weeks!

I'm not sure I can give a less of a star review but I certainly would. I contacted this business to order a balloon because the wind took the first one away. I had to use the Internet in order to find this balloon because it's a double bubble Shrek and donkey balloon which I can't find anywhere else. After placing the order, I called to confirm that the order would be delivered because I noticed that the charge for the delivery was double the cost of the balloon. When I asked about the cost of shipping, the woman laughed at me as if my concerns weren't valid. That should've been my first guess

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!Best place for balloon bouquets,& the selection is plentiful.I haven't bought many balloon bouquets as I'd like to,but the times i did they were from THE BALLOONERY.Staff is knowledgeable ,courteous, helpful, & won't rush you or get frustrated when preparing an oder. Parking is small but safe and prices are fair for the quality.

I have always chosen this location due to its amazing balloon boutiques & its homey feel. The last time I went I called ahead and asked that I wanted to recreate a bouquet for my mother that she had received years ago by my father(hot air balloon) and was told I could come in and choose my colors. As soon I got there I waited for my turn into the store and was helped by a nice employee that was great. Last week I had a very short Oder for balloons. It was my nieces birthday. She turned 5 and didn't understand why she couldn't be with her friends and her dad had to work out of town. I placed a order and the person I talked to suggested a couple of other ideas instead of what I had rambled off. They had it ready before I picked it up and I thought it was perfect! I brought them to my niece and she was beyond happy! They truly made her birthday! The balloons even stayed up for longer then 5 days. ( that was a wonderful surprise!) thank you so very much!

The Balloonery absolutely MADE my little guys day today! I came in on Tuesday afternoon and placed an order for a $100 bouquet, told them he loves Batman and he's turning 3 and trusted them with the rest and boy were we impressed! My husband picked up the balloons today and our son is in love!! The bouquet is taller than us and it included an actual inflatable Batman that my son was hugging all through the night. Seriously, thank you guys so so much! You made my sons birthday so so special. I will definitely be back for a Halloween balloon bouquet next week!

Once in awhile I have to drive to Stockton to come here when I have last minute projects and can't wait for shipping. They usually have everything I need and are always friendly and helpful. They had some discontinued qualatex balloons available today so I was excited to find something so exclusive! I prefer shopping online but it is nice to see the colors in person. If you're local, I'd recommend coming here for helium as well.

I'm happy to support a long-standing business in our Stockton community. They've always provided me great service before and now through COVID.

I'm a business customer and have been for about 15 years. The staff have always been super helpful and friendly. Most recently, while they're closed for COVID-19, Anne went out of her way to make sure I had was able to get a replacement helium tank. I called and she said she'd look into it, but they were closed. Just two days later she called and offered a solution that worked for us both. I will continue to use them for my business needs and also refer others to them!!

Ordered 50 latex balloons arranged in bouquets for my daughters baby shower. Worth every dollar to have The Balloons looked great and stayed up the whOle event!

This is my second time using them and they never disappoint. I came her a few weeks ago for my dads Celebration Of Life balloons and they were perfect! Exactly what we wanted and I know my dad would have loved them. Thank you guys for having them ready and helping me to the car with them. We appreciated it.

I came here today to get some balloons to bring to my husbands job for his birthday. When I first walked in I was a little overwhelmed, I’ve never seen so many balloons in one place! Unfortunately the women in the front seemed less than excited to help me. Which I wasn’t expecting

They did an awesome job! A million thank your! Especially how they made a Minnie Mouse Bow out of 2 heart balloons!! So creative. Our birthday girl is a huge Disney fan. They totally nailed it!

Extremely rude customer service over the phone. Kept emphasizing that they could be too busy to help me the day I come in for a quote.

I understand it's a business and can get busy, but how else would I be able to get a quote unless I came in to see the product and get pricing?

I asked her if I could come in and she said "if we have time. it depends if we're busy that day."

I'll stick to the business I've been going to.

Still my go to for balloons. I wanna thank the staff for delivering the balloons quickly. My sister was at the house to accept the balloons as the orginal recipients weren't home yet. One balloon popped as the delivery lady handed then over. She blamed the ceiling . Even if that were true, for $57 worth of balloons , it should have been replaced or at least offer a refund. The lady removed the balloon with the attitude "they'll never know." It didnt sit with me well so I emailed the shop with some feedback. She apoligized and immediately sent the driver out to replace the one

They don't allow returns on balloons because it's "latex"? I paid $10 for a small pack of balloons the day before and they still didn't allow it. I'll keep my business else where.

Ok so I'm very fascinated with this shop . It's like my candy store . I'm so glad we have it in our city . Big help . Whenever I have projects or parties to organize , this is so much better and cheaper than the party city and part guys. Most of the stuff here are whole sale , and if you needed only a few in your projects they sell single balloon . How cool is that.
