Glenco Fireplaces has been serving customers since 1993. We offer a large selection of fireplaces including wood burning, direct vent and vent free. In addition, we also have the Isokern pre-engineered masonry fireplace and electric fireplaces by Dimplex. Glenco also offers a wide variety of services to assist your hearth product needs.

I purchased gas logs in January 2019. Installation was as promised, everything worked great for two years. December of 2021 logs will not burn more than about a half inch high flame. Called for service and was told they are running 8 to 10 weeks behind on service calls. I guess I should’ve bought them from someone with a service department who can stand behind their products. I didn’t expect someone to come running same day to service them, but 8 to 10 weeks is utterly ridiculous! Unless I am able to find someone else to work on these logs, I guess I will miss an entire winter’s use of them

The gas fireplace in the home we purchased was not performing to our liking. A service call by one company did nothing to improve it.
By chance we visited the Glencoe store in Greenville and discussed with them our dissatisfaction with our fireplace. We were assured it could be fixed. It was.
The technician from Glencoe Fireplaces was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable about all types of units. He disassembled ours, cleaned and inspected all the parts, reassembled it and adjusted it, all the while explaining the process. When it was burning well he adjusted it to give us the appearance

We couldn't be happier with the service we received Mr. Mauldin of Glenco Fireplace. Mr Mauldin arrived at our home in a marked Glenco vehicle. He was professional, pleasant and very helpful. He exceeded our expectations of customer service. He took every step to make sure we were happy and that our fireplace was working again. Honestly, our fireplace looks brand new again! Nice showroom, and we were excited about the logs. However, they failed to show up and install the logs on multiple occasions, without informing us. After calling to understand what happened, and hoping to get a clearer picture, they blame other people in the company and claim "there's nothing they can do." No offer to make it right through discounting or confirmed scheduling.
