Manning Marine designs custom boat trailers for both popular and specialty applications, such as for sailboats, catamarans, v-haul boats, flat bottoms, classic wood boats, fifth wheel boat trailers and any specific design where custom fit and quality are required. Manning is conveniently located in West Michigan in the Comstock Park area.
Manning Marine can build you a trailer for all types of applications. From V bottoms to catamarans, and from bumper pull to gooseneck we can configure a quality trailer to fit your needs. Manufacturing of painted steel, aluminum, or painted aluminum trailers are all options along with a long list of added custom options to make your trailer perform better and stand out above the rest.
Our steel boat trailers are tube construction and mig-welded for better strength and visual appearance. From 4" up to 12" steel tube frames are used along with an optional truss to accommodate almost any boat your looking to transport. Sealed tube frame trailers are also available. After welding the frames are sandblasted to remove any contaminants and mill scale for superior surface adhesion.
Manning Marine's all welded aluminum C-channel frame boat trailers are designed for uncompromising quality and exceed the standard for boat trailer manufacturing. From 6" to 12" C channel frames, we can build a aluminum trailer to fit almost any application. Our welded aluminum trailers come standard with galvanized torsion axles to stand up to any kind of harsh marine environment.
Manning Marine trailers are built to order and are designed in accordance to your boats specifications. Even a base model trailer is built with the strongest frame and parts for durability and years of hassle free use. Every Manning Marine trailer built comes standard with radial tires. They are rated higher than the trailer capacity for a better ride, reliability, and safety.

Buyer beware if your not local. Had to have my trailer reworked. Wasn't made to fit my boat and it's longer than what I was told it would be so it doesn't fit in the shop. Two months had gone by since delivery with no resolution from Manning and then covid hit. Haven't heard back since April 3rd. Now June 10th. Terrible custom service.

I have called between 60-70 times over the course of 3 weeks to get ahold of Manning Marine reguarding my Certificate of Origin for my Manning trailer, and no one has answered the phone since the first day I called. 5 days to respond to an email, only to not follow up with anything! Complete waste of time.
I can’t put plates on my trailer without my Certificate of Origin. I explained this and now I have to take an unnecessary risk trailering my boat on vacation.
My friend has an O3’ Dominator that he wants a trailer for, I will be recommending a different company at this point.
