Our office is closed for face-to-face therapy appointments at this time and they will continue to be conducted through telehealth. We are beginning to schedule limited psychological testing to be conducted in the office. We will call each client prior to your appointment to provide instructions. For in office visits all clients are required to wear a mask at all times.
Only one client may enter the building for an appointment and only one parent may come with a client who is under 18 years of age. There will be no exceptions. Due to high call volume at times, please leave only one message either by voicemail or email. Leaving multiple messages slows down the process.

Wow so unprofessional. Waited 4 moths for an appointment only for them to tell me it was virtual. Gave updated info and never received any emails or info on how to do virtual. That's just sad to me. Your supposed to help kids and to scared to see them in person. How do u diagnose a kid when u can't even see them. NEVER AGAIN!!! 0 stars

I would rate this office a zero if I could. The customer service level ranks right up there with McDonald's. Be prepared for you or your child to be without medication multiple times throughout the year because they only conduct business on Tuesday before 2 PM. There are no in office visits and God forbid you miss the phone call from a restricted number an hour before your appointment is actually scheduled because you will NOT receive any help from the staff. The "manager" says she is in charge over everyone in this office including the doctors. Her showing that she controls whether or not a 9

My appointment was scheduled 2 months in advanced, I live in a different city, and received a call while on the road 1 hour before my daughters appointment that the doctor was out sick and she would not be able to be seen till next year 2020. Mind you the “MANAGER” is what she called her self, was the same person that called me the DAY BEFORE my daughters appointment to confirm that we will be there, and she seemed as if she did not care AT ALL. This is something that can not just be put on hold, especially children that are in school and is not gttn the proper learning skills because of their

From the moment we walked in the door it was happy greetings and care. My son has bragged about Joey and the amount of care and compassion he showed him. My son has begged to go back! I immediately felt a sense of relief when I met with the dr! I felt that he cared! Amazing place! The front was very pleasant, professional, and helpful!

I called two weeks to reschedule my second appointment and the earliest I could be seen is in 4 months. When you are looking for help 4 months is way to long. The front office manager didn't seem to care. I would not recommend this place. They must have to many patients for quality care. Plenty of other places to go.
