After calling 15 other companies, I was able to make a move-out cleaning appointment the same week that I needed it. Right from the start it was an excellent experience. Their admin who made the appointment was professional and capable. Everyone from beginning to end did a terrific job! The two cleaners, Amelia and Hannah, arrived on time, went right to work, and were excellent cleaners. They were extremely pleasant and hard, efficient workers. I have a high standard for my own housecleaning and they met every standard. They also were very flexible and were smart cleaners, able to work around us

It was an ok clean, but definitely not worth the money I paid for it. The baseboards and blinds were still dirty (which I paid extra for) and my couch had dog hair all over it and pine needles on the ground around my Christmas tree. It seems like they just had a checklist they went through and didn’t actually see what was dirty. I was also hoping they would call when they were on their way and also when they were finished.

I've been with Utah maids since I moved to Utah (almost 2 years). I chatted quite a bit with Sheree (manager, no longer there), about what I was looking for and that given my schedule, I wanted the same person every time. For that, I was willing to be flexible on days/times and prices. No problem!

Melissa, who is great, has been my regular cleaner for a while now. I trust her. I know that she respects my space, she had access to my house, etc. Today I come home to find someone else in my home. First- Melissa was there. But, this person I gave never met. And, I was never told that someone

Melissa comes weekly to clean our house. She always prompt, efficient, does a great job and remembers my personal preferences. The office staff is very accommodating to our questions and needs.

Should've known it would be rough when they arrived 12 minutes late. I paid for a move out cleaning and was disappointed i had to go through and clean after they left. My pantry floor had not been swept or mopped, as well as next to the oven in a very noticeable spot had crumbs like they'd swept a small pile there and haphazardly swept that. Even with paying for the oven to be cleaned, they skipped the warming tray and i had to clean that. The kitchen sink was skipped as well. I also paid for the blinds to be cleaned and they did a VERY lazy job of it. The baseboards were very clean i will say

We love Utah Maids! We have never paid to have our house cleaned before but we are now hooked! They cleaned our house spotless! They were on time, quick, so thorough, professional and they were so nice! Their attention to detail was amazing! They are so knowledgeable on cleaning and really know how to get the job done! I was amazed by the outstanding customer service. Sheree is an absolute sweetheart and will do everything in her power to make her customers happy. Kandi cleaned my house and did a great job. She missed a few things the first time because she was new and didn't know what a move in clean included... but after coming back she did a PHENOMENAL job!!! She was very approachable and easy to talk to. She was very kind and did an outstanding job. I'm so happy with this place! Will definitely come here again!!!

We just hired Utah Maids to clean our rental property. Marilee and another girl came to clean the property. Both girls were friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Utah Maids!

I just hired another cleaning company to clean everything this company DID NOT do. At every cleaning something was always left out. The microwave, the master bath, not cleaning under stuff. Very lazy cleaning. The only positive is they have an online system you can log into to manage your account. I cannot recommend them because I never received a consistent basic cleaning. If they can't get the basics right then why would I pay for a deep cleaning?

First hired Utah Maids in late spring of last year to do a deep clean, and I was especially impressed with the cleaning of the oven and fridge. They both looked brand new!

Now we have them clean every month. It has been such a relief for me as I'm disabled, which makes cleaning very painful and difficult. We have the same cleaner come every month, she works very hard, does a good job, and my cat likes her! All in all a great experience every time.

Don't book this service -- this could be your toilet!! Worst cleaning service I've ever used. Hired them to clean at two locations, and ended up having to clean up after them at both when they left. See the picture of the toilet in our rental property below -- NOT CLEAN! After working with their customer service, I've missed their 're-clean' window, which I didn't know what a thing, and they aren't offering me any money back, only credit towards future service. Why would I give them any more money?? Gross. Waste of money.

We had a great experience with Utah Maids. I spoke with Nicki about 2 weeks ago to get a quote on my Dad's house just before a family reunion but I was traveling on a business trip. When I got back it was down to the wire and I called 2 days before the reunion from the airport. Nicki made it work for us and Melissa came out the next day and did a fantastic job. I will schedule them regularly now without hesitation.

No, thank you. Really? This is how I was told you did your pricing.. per hour. Maria told me this... whoops, she's not there anymore. People... stay away from this company.

I've spent over $2,700 with this company, and we have been satisfied, for the most part. Until recently, our best cleaner we ever had started school, full time. He quit, and we were devastated when he told us. We had high hopes, but that quickly changed, when we were left cleaning. After she pretended to clean for almost four hours, and we paid one hundred dollars. To add insult to injury, the owner emailed us to say they can no longer service our cleaning needs.
What service did I pay to receive? Why did I need to clean my place, following our maid service?
Is my money not as good? That is not

Update: after all of this, our rental company charged us $300 for additional cleaning. Wouldn't recommend this company for a move out, maybe just light cleaning.

Re: the owner, Jaron H.'s reply. Yes, Utah Maids did reach out as soon as possible and got in touch with my husband who booked the services. They scheduled a re-clean if the house and refunded us $25. For that I added a star for good customer service. We appreciate you trying.

Really a fantastic job. We recently tried a competitor and they did a horrible job, so we called Utah Maids and they were so accommodating. Kaylee came to our home for a 2-hour initial cleaning. She worked for almost 3 1/2 hours and paid so much attention to detail. She went above and beyond what we expected, she was fantastic! She hit all of the spots that the other company neglected without us even asking her to do so.
