The technicians and staff at Williams Comfort Air, Inc. are a dedicated group of individuals, working together as a team to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction. I have over 51 years in the heating and air conditioning field, with over 10 years in the home energy and weatherization fields.
I was born and raised in Beech Grove, Indiana and attended Chartrand/Roncali High School. After high school I served as a combat Marine in Vietnam. I started my career in the heating and air conditioning field in 1969 as the add-on/replacement apprentice. I attended IUPUI HVAC School and Lennox Service School doing load calculations and lay-out and design of air duct systems.

Lady in office was nice but the repair man was very late getting to the house and very rude on the phone tried to sell me 5500. Dollar furnace and turns out only needed two parts which I got for $129. Lesson learned will never call them again.owners response to my review was that my propane tank was empty I guess the joke is on them there hasn't been a tank on this property for at least 12 year's so I guess honsety doesn't exist for them huh

What an amazing display of customer service. Late Friday afternoon my air conditioner went out I called and in less than an hour they were here to look at my unit when other companies told me it would be 4-5 days before they could get out here. Dennis worked diligently for several hours on getting my unit back up and running when actually it just needed to be thrown out and start over. I can't say thank you enough!

Would never recommend this service! Called to schedule service and voicemail did not work, called again and when reached owner he proceeded to yell and make inappropriate comments and said it was "after hours" and never call him....Of all my years in working with HVAC and similar companies have never been talked to like this before, worst costumer service I have ever seen, will never use them again! Called a competitor in the area and they responded and fixed issue in less than 15 Mins. Unless you want to be berated by the owner, I would recommend calling someone else in the area.

Although Dennis is a very nice person. Our family puchased a new Carrier oil fun ace AND air conditioning to complete our homes central heating and air. This was in 2005 when Dennis business was new, it was on Crockett Rd at this time.
Now furnace needs repair and Dennis refuses to repair our furnace. It has broken down no less that 5 times in the last 10 years. Dennis claims he no longer deals with oil furnaces. Yet every Carrier dealer I spoke to also no longer deals with oil furnaces they will however respect and honor the work the did by installing the oil furnace they will still maintain
