GREAT SERVICE to ROSEBURG.... they ordered and installed a roof rack and additional lighting on my Jeep Cherokee. They also, ordered and installed a grill guard and added additional lighting on my Ford F350. No one should expect them to have all the parts and pieces, but they really to try to find and installed what we want, even when they haven't been able to do it before.

Bought a used pickup truck and wanted to put an alarm system on it for safety. After checking out most of the shops in town, I selected Zoom and went in to check their prices, by far the best prices and available time for install. Justin was really helpful and got the job done as promised. Justin even got me to my Drs. appt. across town, great job by this staff.

Got to give these guys here a big shout out! I was cruising from crescent city Ca to Seattle and my tire started kick chunks outside of roseburg on I5. I called Zoom to find out on the fly if anywhere if at all possible even had my tire in size and if so could i get it done on an hrs notice??? Ill be dammed if zoom didnt step up and say yes indeed they have the tire and despite weeks of back logged work they would put the new tire on the rim for me. I pulled the back tire off in their parking lot and they even let me use their tools, the crew put the new tire on and bam i was on my way. That

We were traveling on our Harley when our rear tire went flat. We weren't far from Roseburg so did a quick internet search to see if we could find someone to help us get the tire fixed. This place came up. They were not able to help us but took the time and went the extra mile to give us the name and phone number of a couple places in Roseburg that could. They steered us in the right direction and we were able to get the kind of help we needed. This business gets an excellent rating because they took the time to point us in the right direction.
