Very impressed with communications. Received confirmation email immediately after booking. Notified two days in advance of the drivers name and number. Sent 24-hour reminder notice plus a text message 30 minutes prior to pick up that driver was on his way. Received a text when driver arrived, which was almost 20 minutes early, and he told me to take my time. Great experience!

I have hired First Choice to drive my mother on several long trips which were too far for her to drive on her own. The drivers have all been excellent and courteous and punctual. They reached out via email to confirm the pickup several times in the days leading up to the trip. Given the amount of communication we had zero concern about whether they would show up. We will continue to use First Choice and strongly recommend.

You know who your driver is, and the status. They track your flights, in case you’re running late or early. I had a great experience with my driver, and plan on using them throughout the year.
When you’re traveling for business, it’s very important to minimize stress and when it comes to getting back-and-forth to the airport safely and on time, these guys are, and hopefully will be my “first choice” moving forward.
