James did a great job on two hardwood floors and a set of steps going to the second floor in our house. I had no experience with hiring a floor company but called James first because of his outstanding reviews online. He made the quotation process super easy and convenient by asking me to text him a few photos of the areas I wanted him to do. I originally wanted just the livingroom done which had wall to wall carpeting. I only needed to take a couple pics of the room and he was able to quote me a price for the job right away. The price was so reasonable I asked about a second room and he quoted

We were in a situation where we needed the floors of our new house refinished on short notice and thankfully James at Apex was able to accommodate us. He came out and provided a reasonable and accurate quote. The work James and his team did was great. He was able to fill some gaps in the floor as well as patch some big blemishes. He even created a threshold for our front door which we didn’t ask him to do, but looked amazing! I would absolutely recommend him to a friend.

James and his crew installed maple hardwood throughout our second floor in one weekend. They started and finished the job when they said they would, kept me posted throughout the process, and cleaned up afterwards.

James and his crew came through once again with outstanding work on our home! Two years ago he refinished our hardwood floors and brought them back to life; this time a perfect vinyl plank install in our kitchen. I couldn’t have asked for better communication, efficiency and attention to detail. James kept us informed every step of the way and we couldn’t be more happy with the end result. I had a great interaction with James. Super polite, communicative and friendly. He came out for a free estimate and advised me on a simple way to do the work myself. He could have taken advantage of the situation and charged me to do a simple fix but he didn't. I appreciated his honesty so I wanted to be sure to recognize it.

Just had James come over and do a couple of floors for us. Very professional. We needed to have one room done and then move furniture around and paint and he changed his schedule around to accommodate us. He somehow managed to take out all the deep dark stains we had from our old dog and he recommended the right kind of finish we wanted.
He showed up when he said he would, did a great job, knows what he's doing and is very professional. You can tell when someone knows what they're doing and these guys do. What more could you ask for.
