First of all, if you wait only 5 minutes before you are called into a doctor's office you think it is a miracle. But here? It would be unusual if you waited any longer. Respect for clients' time! In addition, the PAs are great. Dr. George is wonderful. Now, I'm 70. Everytime I leave there i have a bunch of stuff frozen off me.

Wilmington Dermotology has excellent service the moment you walk into the door. I always look for Ashlee since she is my “go to girl” for questions. There is always a short wait time. Dr. George provides superior service whether discussing why you’re there or actually providing that service. Perfection ❤️

Patient care is not their priority, collecting a check however, is. If you have Medicaid, they’ll refuse to see you even if you don’t use it and pay cash directly. Some nonsense about insurance and prescriptions. Guess what, idiots? Not using insurance. Paying cash, so what difference does it make? But I guess when it has the potential to effect your bottom line, their care isn’t important.

Things started out good untill the last few months. It took me over 2 month to get someone to call me back to set up appointment to get a procedure done. Then they want me to pay $300 up front which isn't a big deal. The whole thing is I have way met my deductible because they owe me money back. Which to come find out that they have kept my credit for 16 months this time frame came from the general manger an still had to ask for it back but they wanted more money. I asked them why I had to pay more money when they owed me money. They states that was there rules. I asked the general manger if she

I have come to this office 3 times now and I wish I could leave better feedback but unfortunately I just left disappointed again. The first appointment I scheduled was not available for about 1.5 months out, so I patiently waited. I drive an hour each way to arrive at the location, when I arrived they had scheduled me for the wrong procedure/consult so I didn’t get any treatment done. They then scheduled me for the following week which I appreciated, drove another 2 hours. The provider I had didn’t try to make a personal connection at all, didn’t explain the treatment or the post op protocol

Wilmington Dermatology is the best from start to finish. The reception staff are always friendly and very accommodating. This is probably the most efficiently ran office I have ever visited. Our care has mainly been provided by Ms. Britt, but we have had the opportunity to be seen by two other providers in her absence. We have been very pleased with the care provided by all. We have received excellent care and exceptional service.

Well I guess just by saying I travel from Pennsylvania to see Dr. George says it all. The office staff is amazing as well as the other staff Dr George works with. Well informed courteous and so very helpful. As far as any of the cosmetic services I have had not one has disappointed.( laser, Botox, fillers)

This office is truly amazing! The staff is always working hard and is friendly and accommodating.
