While I've been engaged in remodeling and construction projects my whole adult life, prior to starting my own business, I was the facilities manager at a 750-bed nursing home in the greater Boston area. It was there that I honed my skills in project management and customer service - two abilities that I feel are key to my success as a full-service remodeling contractor.

Two months ago Dave came out to look at remodeling my staircase. We discussed the materials, finishes, design, he measured, etc.. He said he wouldn't be able to schedule me until after the first of the year, but would write up a quote. I am not in a hurry, so that was fine with me. Two weeks later he texted me a price (number only) and asked if "that would work" for me...no details. When I asked what the price included I got crickets. Two days later he was in my neighborhood dropping off a quote for a neighbor. I happened to be walking by with my dog. He did not remember me so after I reminded
