I got married on July 22, 2021 in Oceanside, California. I was debating whether I should write a review because this company, specifically Bryan, was recommended to me by many people. However, we were very disappointed with Pacific Entertainment's performance at our wedding. I am the type of bride that researched extensively to find the right vendors for our wedding. Everyone kept recommending Bryan from Pacific Entertainment, so we felt confident choosing them. However, we learned that Bryan was not available for our wedding date so we got assigned Jimmy. Bryan was the best wedding DJ! He helped me mash up a 5 song dance for my father daughter dance that everyone loved! Bryan was super helpful with song suggestions too. We had heard a lot of great things about Pacific Entertainment and even had the opportunity to meet with Bryan in person and got a really great vibe. In the months leading up to the event, there was very limited communication and it was hard to get a hold of anyone if we had questions. We were told that Bryan was going to be our DJ, however the day of someone else showed up and he had let us know that there was a loss in communication and he was called in as a favor, not even as an employee of Pacific Entertainment, hours before our wedding which is not the most reassuring. We first heard about Bryan from our friends who had him DJ at their wedding and we are so glad we picked him for our wedding! He has great energy and knows how to keep guests engaged. He knows when to step in and help keep the day moving, but also when to sit back and let people do their thing. John was so amazing!! John was so helpful leading up to the wedding on some song choices and was incredible day of! Our DJ was one of our more important vendors to us and John did not disappoint! We got compliments on him from so many of our guests of all different ages. We booked Bryan for our March 2021 wedding. If you know anything about March weddings in 2021 in San Diego you know it's a dicey, unsure, Restriction-filled, pandemic time.
