To ensure your convenience, below is the information you need about our podiatry office, including our hours, location, appointment scheduling and insurance acceptance. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
Our practice offers advanced diagnostics, such as digital x-ray, vascular diagnostics, and diagnostic ultrasound, to further enhance our care. Digital x-rays can also be used to evaluate changes in the bones from bone disease, to assess whether a child's bones are growing normally, and to help determine whether bones are properly set after treating a fracture.
During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. We accept most insurances. List of current prescriptions and/or over-the-counter medication, including dose and frequency.

Both of my daughters have needed some foot care this year, and I can’t say enough positive things about Elite Foot and Ankle. We felt VERY cared about. The small staff treated us like family. They were quick, helpful, patient, encouraging, and professional. A special lollipop for a nervous kid, a second call to the pharmacy without being asked when the medicine wasn’t available, working with our schedule to make a follow-up happen in the right time frame—I could go on! If you need a podiatrist, this is the place☺️

I am thankful to find Dr. Lay. He spends time with his patients and answers questions and/or explains what is happening and how it can be resolved. He communicates in a way that is easy to understand for a layperson. He also uses 3-D models to help in explaining procedures and problems. I highly recommend using Dr. Lay!

Dr Lay is awesome! I cannot say enough good things about him. I went for a second opinion on a couple of issues and he solved both problems. He diagnosed a stress fracture that another doctor had ignored for months. And he solved an issue with the corn that had been going on for years. He has a wonderful bedside manner and explains everything in detail. He is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr Dwayne was great, I had several fractures in my foot and I was pleasantly surprised that he had all the equipment in house to x-ray and diagnose/treat. I didn't have to go anywhere for other x-rays, boots, anything, it was all handled in house. Very professional, bery friendly, SUPER helpful, and an all around excellent experience (broken foot notwithstanding lol). Really appreciate all the great help from Dr Dwayne and his staff. I was back on my feet in a remarkably short time.
