At Quality Hearing & Audiology Center, we want to make sure you have everything you need for excellent hearing health. That's why we offer a full range of hearing services. Earwax is important for our ear health, but there are times when we experience impacted wax. We're able to help remove this for you, ensuring you relief from the dizziness or conductive hearing loss you may be experiencing.
Dr. Pamela Shattuck Nelson is a licensed and certified audiologist, and the owner of Quality Hearing and Audiology. She specializes in serving adults with all types of hearing loss, offering comprehensive diagnostic services and a wide range of treatment options. Hearing is important because it affects every aspect of our lives.
We all have it. It is a normal process in which the glands in our ear canals secrete a fluid that protects the ear from bugs, dirt and debris entering the ear canal. The ear canal has a natural mechanism that moves the ear wax out of the ear. But sometimes, a blockage can occur and the ear wax continues to accumulate behind the blockage, especially if you wear hearing aids or earmolds.
If you have been referred for a diagnostic audiologic evaluation, it means that your hearing needs to be further examined. A diagnostic audiologic evaluation may be indicated for individuals who did not pass an initial hearing screening. The evaluation is done to determine if a hearing loss is present and, if so, to detail the type and severity of the hearing loss.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable, caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend anyone suffering with hearing loss to call and make an appointment. Dr. Pamela Nelson is generous with her knowledge, and does everything she can to ensure that you are comfortable with your diagnosis, wearing, and maintenance of your hearing aids. Heather is warm and inviting, she does all she can so that your appointment is as relaxing as it can be.

This hearing aid place is before its time I mean it's the best in town I think that's where I got mine and I'm wearing them right now and they work just fine I can hear board better than never better believe it I'd recommend this place to everybody it's awesome awesome awesome and deploys are magnificent

I highly recommend Dr. Nelson and her professional, competent, staff to anyone experiencing hearing problems. Due to surgery I lost the hearing in my right ear 39 years years ago. Dr. Nelson fitted me with a cros hearing device to transfer sound from the deaf right side to the left good ear. Opened a whole new World to me. Not only allows me to experience some sound from the deaf side but improved hearing in the good ear greatly. Not like the original but helps me experience sounds I have been missing for years.

Trying out the Lyric hearing aids. The audiologist is great. I’m sure these will work out and my hearing is great now. Glad I went here!! Update: 2 months later and everything is great! They are so comfortable I forget they are in. Easy to turn off and on which is important to me. Janice worked hard to get them adjusted to my comfort level. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the Lyrics.
Another update: had to leave the Lyrics out for a
Week and Dr. Nelson gave me a loaner pair of behind the ear aides. Very uncomfortable and level of hearing not even comparable to the Lyrics. I have the Lyrics

If you have to wear hearing aides Quality Hearing & Audiology is the place to go. You will always be greeted with a smile. They take time to get to know you and never rush through your appointment. I have hearing loss and tinnitus, the awful ringing in my ears. My hearing aides help to control the ringing. Give them a call - you’ll be happy you did.

Dr Pam and her staff are the best. Dr Pam does a complete hearing exam and test to find exactly what your hearing problems are, then she makes sure that your hearing aids are tuned to your personal hearing problem. Also, they have the best follow up care to make sure you are getting the most from your hearing aids. They really do care.

It has just been a year since I received my hearing aids from Quality Hearing & Audiology, throughout this experience I just want to say not only did I receive the best of service but also made friends.

I have been with Quality Hearing for the past 2-1/2 years. The staff is always very polite and helpful. They have gone out of their way to not only fit me with the hearing aids that work best for me but also to ensure that both my hearing aids are up to date, keeping them clean, and helping me to make necessary changes.
