Vanessa, Amy, and the whole staff at Jubilee were very helpful and patient with us as we browsed and picked out materials for our new counters and backsplash. They have a great selection of in-stock quartz and granite slabs, as well as additional options to order. They worked with us to identify the look we were after for the backsplash and ensured everything would come together well. Install was a breeze, the team was very responsive, and even provided great recommendations for other tradespeople. We love the new look of our kitchen!

Most professional talented company, they know what they are doing, we had a tricky installation and the Jubilee staff made it happen. The cuts are in the right place and joined together well. Please stop in meet them. The most impressive thing is that they stay in close contact thorough the whole process. Bravo! Just a short ride out highway 380.

Today installers from Jubilee installed a bathroom vanity top for us. This is the third time we've used this company and would never consider another. From the person who answers the phone, to our personal sales person (Amy for this job), to the man who came to measure the job, to the installers - all extremely courteous and first class. Answers to questions were almost always given the same day, and the job from contract signing to installation was very fast. Why search other companies when you get it all from Jubilee? Thank you all for making some parts of home improvements painless.

The Jubilee Company staff from start to finish was top notch. Amy did a great job of understanding my needs and kept me informed throughout the entire process.. Everyone was professional, responsive, and willing to assist on all my questions. The selection of granite was outstanding. Pricing was fair and veRy competitive. Over the years I have purchased granite for multiple countertops and fireplace surrounds from other providers. If I would have known about Jubilee at that time, I would not have used anyone else. The experience was great in the beginning. 1 year past the installation of our kitchen counters we noticed a crack by our sink. We called them and they sent 2 guys out to seal the crack right away. That too, was a great experience. Later that day, after the seal repair we noticed there was sealant dripped on to our cabinets (new cabinets). We called them to report the damage. They sent someone out to assess the damage and that person they sent said he would return to begin the process of repair. 10 weeks later, we called to alert them that the guy never returned. Went there with intent to purchase but didn't seem like they cared. Store was not busy but woman working with us was inflexible. We needed the granite or quartz installed in approximately a month but appeared to be nothing she would or could do. Never asked our name, never checked to see if there was an open slot, etc. Pricing seemed competitive, in middle of pack, but didn't seemed that they cared whether or not they got the business.

My contractor had someone from Jubilee to come out and measure for my granite countertops. My husband and I found this person very rude and arrogant. When I went in to select my granite, when I asked for a price I was told that they would give my contractor that information and he could tell me the price, very frustrating trying to purchase. When I picked one out and got the price I found it very expensive. So I did sign papers with Jubilee and with in a couple of days I found the same piece of granite somewhere else for $1600.00 LESS. So when I informed Jubilee that I would not be using them.

I had shopped Jubilee company to get a granite counter top. My brother and his wife had referred me to them. I showed up just at closing time. I was helped by Jaime Shivers whom was extremely nice, and knowledgeable. She showed me the Bacari Jo granite. I was really blown away by how this piece of art (granite) looked. The colors exploded, to add they matched my homes colors to a T. Once we discussed the granite Jaime showed me back splash, we looked at a couple swatches. Found the Ambrosia would work very well. Shopped for a sink and found the Blanco a perfect fit.

We recently bought a new-to-us house that has not been touched since 1996, so needless to say we have a few projects ahead. The first of which was the kitchen. We hired Jubilee to replace the Corian countertops with granite, and redo the tile backsplash, as well as replace a couple of glass shower doors. We settled on Jubilee because they had a leathered finish granite that we loved, and the price was in line with other places.
