Please have garbage cans & debris moved from the side access route if you plan to have the uint setup in your backyard. Please keep in mind the pool holds 300+ gallons of water so plan accordingly with regards to drainage when we collect the unit.

In August, during the height of the summer heat, I called Jumpin’ Bean to get a water slide. Unfortunately they were booked solid for all the water rentals and in the midst of getting additional ones for the day I needed it. I admit in procrastinating to order one, so it is recommended to call weeks in advance. However, they were so kind and provided with their top 3 recommendations for local slide/bounce rental companies. As well, it was advised what fees to expect. We ordered the jumper and Blue crush waterslide with tables and chairs. William arrived on exact time as promised and he was very professional about the entire transaction. The kids LOVED the water slide and we were very happy with everything as well. His prices are also pretty good too. Highly recommend him and will be calling William for all future events.

We rented Ruby Red for our daughters 2nd bday party. Perfect size for our age group! Sent up and tear down was easy!! Their team was quick, professional and operating the slide was simple. Our guests were blown away by this eye-catching slide and had so much fun!!! Owner is awesome and very quick to reply.

The Jumping Bean team is absolutely amazing. Customer service is on point, delivery on time as well as pick up. The water slide was clean and most importantly, the kids had so much fun, really brings out the biggest smile on my kid who's autistic. Our Son was turning one very close to Father's Day so my husband and I thought it best to combine the two gatherings. I called a few places that my girlfriend recommended but I needed it within 2 days of the party. Not only did the owner respond to my inquiry within a few minutes, he was, right off the bat, upbeat and eager to help! He was definitely booked out a ways but was ready and able to help. He and his apprentice came the next day and set everything up and actually stayed and chatted with our boys for a bit lol.

We rented the Blue Crush water slide with tables & chairs. The water slide was amazing!! Huge and clean! The tables and chairs were so clean and white! William responded back right away! He has the best customer service! He delivered on time and picked up on time! And not to mention he's an Air Force Veteran and my son just started his life in the Air Force! This will be my forever party rental company! I highly recommend them and I'm happy to support!!!

I was really excited to use this company. I emailed the day before to find out delivery and was told before 11am. They didn’t show up until 12:40. I asked for the bounce house with lights, which are rope lights hung around the inner perimeter of the bounce house, and for about 4 hours the lights flickered and strobed, and then fell, tripping two kids at neck length. We had to clear all the kids and tape up the lights. The bounce house was clean, and the company is easy to get in touch with. But I was less than thrilled with our service.

I ordered literally just two days before my daughters 3rd birthday party and was hesitant because of the rain BUT William was very professional, courteous and went out of his way to ensure my daughter and her guest had a Castle Bouncy house weather their was rain or shine. I've ordered several bouncy houses and this has to be the BEST one yet!! It was super clean and new. You defiantly see there pride n joy in keeping it that way.. We look forward to giving them all our future business!! Thank you again for such a great and clean experience

Best jumper and best company!! You won't need to look anywhere else! And guys, the jumper was clean, I can not tell you how many we've seen that are disgusting or mistreated. You won't find that here!!!! Also, the Owner was very friendly!! It was nice being able to support our local small businesses! Kids had a blast!

Customer service: The owner William was great, professional, timely, and very nice. Took the time to explain the ins-n-outs of the jumper we ordered. On time delivery and pickup the next day.
Product: We ordered the lucky combo water slide and it was perfect! Clean, worked well, we had no problems with it, my daughter spent over 5 hours in it having the time of her life.
Price: Overall a decent price for what we ordered and the service we received.

Best rental business I have used yet. On time and extremely clean. Other bounce house companies in the past have had dirty equipment and caused for a health concern for my kids.
