They have both shown me nothing but kindness and demonstrated their willingness to help me resolve my computer problems professionally and courteously. Their priority service is a good value considering the time and effort it took to resolve the problem with my old computer. Sent my computer in, called them and they said they are scanning my computer. I said ok and went on with my day. Called the next day and they said they are still scanning my computer. It doesn't take no 2 days to scan my computer. 3 days later I was able to puck it up. They charged me $260. I just bought my computer again and the issue wasn't resolved. Called them and they said they couldn't fix it. They fixed everything else but my startup issue. Such a waste of money.
