I had an appointment I already paid for at 10:30 came early at 10:20 waited no one was there. On the door it says 11 tried to call TEM TIMES!!!! No one answers came back and they told me next door that she just left. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. I tried to give this place a chance and it failed miserably how do you have a business but you are never there and late for your own appointment I need a refund of my money and my time.

Scheduled to get my lashes done and had to bring my 3 month old to the hospital for an emergency and called them back the next day asking to please reschedule and they flat out told me no second chances and the owner would call me. No phone call by the owner and have been trying to get ahold of them for a WEEK now and no one will answer me with the two phone numbers I have for them. Ridiculous! Just lost $100.
