Pushed a shady loan company on me when my unit went out. The new unit didn't work on arrival. Took 3 days to get it to work. I asked for a brand new working unit and they refused. I asked for an itemized bill to see the price of the unit and service and was never provided one. These people will try and rip you off at every corner avoid them.

Very pleased with the service we received. Made a phone call they came out that day very professional. Address the problem that I had that was very fair in the work they did for the price. Couldnāt ask for better service I would recommend them to anyone my family my mother anyone thank you for all that you did.

If you don't want to read my whole review, then this is the short story. This place is either extremely high, or gets upset when you find a cheaper price and go with another company. You need to MAKE SURE you get the price before they do the work, that way you don't get shafted.
I would give one star, but the fact he was able to fit me in the next day I gave an additional star.
My AC wasn't keeping up with the heat, and because I have a friend that's familiar with AC's we figured out that I was low on freon so I had a leak somewhere. When they came today 6/28/19 they explained that my evaporator

Paul the owner came out the day after i called for an issue that came up with home inspection. Very professional found the problem immediately and ordered the parts same day and drove them from NOLA to take care of it for me same day! I will recommend Marcotte's to anyone who needs Ac/Heat repairs or replacement and maintenance.

I paid 300.00 cash for freon owner said it should last a year, didn't even last a month. Called to inform him about the problem all I get is excuse I explain to him someone in the house has asthma still no show have called over 15 times in the last 7 days. Still no servers I feel like when he was getting my money everything was alright, I see why he asked was I paying cash. I just want to let people know this isn't a company you can trust and rely on, it's to hot for this i have been patience and all i get is excuses and lies. So he lied from the start he couldn't put 5lbs of freon in more like

I was fortunate that his schedule allowed same day service - in fact it was repaired within 3 hrs of my call. Very professional and courteous. Did the repair I needed and then did a complete system check of my A/C. Quoted a very reasonable price, and final bill was less than that. I will recommend this company to everyone.
