American Quality Mfg, Inc. has been in the manufacturing business since 1991. Our three buildings provide over 30,000 sq ft of manufacturing and assembly space. A fourth building offers 10,000 sq ft for parts distribution. We currently manufacture and market our own line of Indoor Tanning Beds and Exercise equipment worldwide.
From prototype to finished product, we can help you design or improve your product. Our Industrial Designers have over 50,000 + hours of design experience. We use AutoCAD software for our drawings. Our practice of nesting parts increases material efficiency, thereby saving material costs. Engineering costs for large or elaborate projects are charged separately from production costs.
AQM, Inc. offers three types of product labeling services; silk screening, vinyl film and ink jet printing with UV Lamination. We operate 1 Mimaki JV3-160SP Solvent based printer up to 60 and 1 Mimaki CG-130FX vinyl plotter with contour label cutting. The Mimaki printer is excellent for short run custom labels, eliminating the need for large production runs required by most print houses.
For manufacturing parts to precise specifications, AQM, Inc. offers multi-axis CNC machining capabilities. We machine components for a wide range of markets using a variety of materials. By utilizing automated multi-axis machines and CAD/CAM software, we can produce parts to meet your exacting specifications.
We have a modern, CNC Machine equipped tool room to make molds and other machining projects. We can build anything you can imagine, from aluminum short run prototype molds to hardened tool steel multi-cavity high production molds. We use both MUD (Master Unit Die) type molds for small parts and stand-alone DME, TM style mold bases depending on the customer's requirements.

American Quality MFG has built indoor tanning beds for over 20 years at the same location in Cocoa, FL. Now, since the pandemic of 2020, they are using their facilities to help combat the spread of COVID-19. They build, from the ground-up, these amazing air purifiers that contain hospital grade HEPA filters that trap viruses while UV-C light deactivates them. These units are hand-crafted, welded, and powder-coated for a life-time of use. AMQ has transitioned from tanning bed products to healthy life-style products to help fight airborne viruses. I recommend their products to all my family and friends

Bulbs were great once they sent ones without rust and black mold like the first time. Waited almost two weeks for decent bulbs had to repack nasty ones for them. When I asked to be compensated for time and trouble for a mistake that should have never happened they offered me a bottle of disinfectant or pillow and then got nasty with me because they had to spend so much money shipping moldy bulbs back and forth. Customer service could use a little work !
