Laura Melges, owner and founder of Monogram Goods, opened the Harbor Springs store in May of 2002. The combination of excellent customer service and the latest monogramming technology makes for a wonderful experience. The products we offer, whether for yourself or as gifts for others, will have great personal meaning and last for many years to come.

This store is incredibly welcoming whether you are a local, a newcomer or a tourist!! I got on this link to write a well deserved compliment for the last 2 times I was in the store with an URGENT gift with their monogramming that any other store would have laughed me off for such a ridiculous request..... and they said YES- we can do it! They bent over backwards to get it done each time.... and each time the work was perfect!! Communication was also perfect and so friendly - like instant family!! These gals are not just passionate about what they do, they are also fun!

Picked up the coolest "clutch" for my girlfriend as a Christmas present. She wanted to go back - not to return the gift, but to shop more! She picked out an awesome NYE outfit.

I am out in Naples for the holidays and just stopped in to Monogram Goods - talk about incredible customer service and quality of clothing. The staff is so helpful, kind and most importantly, wise beyond words regarding all of my fashion needs. I'll definitely be back here again the next time I return to Naples!

I visited back in March with my mom and tried on several outfits. Were the staff not only helpful but honest and fun! I have gotten many compliments on my coat and other items that I bought here. I adore the staff and their personal attention to detail and customer service.

I wish the review would allow a zero. Rude, condescending owner, she has some obsession with her father and could not stop talking about him.
I went in to look at monograms and was met with her drama and the mediocrity of the store. Not worth the short walk off of Third Street.
