Dina is the operator of New Journey Weight Loss & Wellness, a career weight loss specialist, Internationally Certified Health Coach, and accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I have been in the weight loss industry for over 19 years, serving people in the Naples, Bonita Springs, Marco Island and Fort Myers area.

Ive been searching for a weight loss center that teaches healthy eating habits that I could stick with for a lifetime. I didn’t want a center that was all about quick weight loss from phentermine, injections and unsustainable diets. Im so glad I found what I’ve been looking for. I drive 1 hour for my appointments but it’s worth it. I do have the option to have virtual appointments also. New journey is a diet that is sustainable for a lifetime!

New Journey Weight Loss has been the answer to all of my prayers! Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be the person who could lose the weight after trying every weight loss program on the planet. I never thought I would be the one who would walk down the street and have a woman say to me “ I wish I looked like you do in those shorts.” I love everything about the program. I am a small person, but due to a thyroid issue, have struggled with weight gain all my life. I have tried many diets and New Journey is the best! The diet plan is healthy, and for the first time, I have been able to stick to it and achieve my weight goal. And Dina and Debbie, New Journey consultants, have been very helpful and supportive!

I am so happy with NJWL! Dina and her team are very supportive. The weight loss plan is very livable. I am eating regular food. Eating in a restaurant or when traveling is easy! I supplement my food with delicious bars and other goodies from NJWL. I feel so good, I sleep much more soundly, I’m not hungry and I don’t crave anything!! Finally, the cost, in my opinion, is very reasonable. I am so happy that I chose NJWL for my lifestyle change!!

I’ve tried everything with some success but have not felt like I wasnt dieting. New Journey is just that. A new journey to a healthier future. I can eat most of what I like. The counsel each week helps and for the first time I feel like this is achievable. So for those of you out there that feel you’ve tried everything, this is the last place you’ll have to go

I've recently visited Dina, & Jason at New Journey. What an awesome staff. They really make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. I do not feel like I am being judged when I am with them. They have really made me feel like they care, and that I can really do this. I love the fact that they do not push drugs, and teach me how to eat real food, so this program will be a lasting lifestyle to my weight loss. This is one of the easiest weight loss programs I have ever done.
