I’m from Wisconsin and I went to visit my aunt in Kingman AZ. With excitement I accidentally tossed out my Resimed CPAP clamp to my mask. I was already feeling tired from waiting until Monday. When I was relieved to meet Dennis Taylor running the shop. I brought in my machine and he walked into a back room. When he came out he had the part in his hand! I almost cried and wanted to give him a hug, but refrained. Dennis was happy to help me and I was blessed for his help. Thanks Dennis, I’ll never forget you.

I needed a knee scooter for a foot surgery the doctor sent the order to them. They called me and told me it would cost 100 dollars a week to rent one then said 50 after i said I couldn't afford that. They gave me a buy price of 295 and said it was a deal they usually cost 395. So i bought 1off Amazon for 160. So much for local business i wouldn't deal with them again if i had both of my legs blown off. I would rather crawl

Ready to buy my mom a new replacement Inogen (big$$$$), Megan called the manufacturer and boom - it was under warranty. But she saw how distressed I was that my mom would be without it while it was being shipped and repaired. This amazing, efficient, professional, kind and compassionate woman handed me a loaner. Just like that. I walked out with a unit for my mom to use until her's comes back. I will forever be indebted to Megan. She touched my heart. She MAKES A DIFFERENCE in this world. Been going back and forth with them going on 4weeks, lost my paper work from my doctor 3 times, his nurse had to keep faxing it to them, finally get that taken care of, then they tell me because I’m in Laughlin, my HMO won’t pay for it!! But yet the same company has a store in Vegas!! 😳😳 butvyet my doctor I is in Bullhead city? These people are scared up !!

I called this morning to ask for equipment management. My father passed away & my mother was grieving terrible. I spoke with a man, who did not identify himself. He told me to "call back in the morning"- he was only on call and STAT was closed. I'm not sure what he was on call for, if not to assist his customers? I told him I really needed service today because it was very upsetting for my grieving mother & he told me to "call back tomorrow." I told him that was not good customer service & I really needed help. He then hung up the telephone on my ear. So I called

Thank you for letting us know we have a process issue. The women who initially rented you the wheelchair was covering for the full time person who normally handles rentals while she was at lunch. She acknowledged that she needs in-serviced on this process. This brought to our attention that several of us need in-serviced on this process also since we all cover the front desk at times. We are very sorry for any inconvenience you felt and by fixing this problem we hope to prevent others from feeling the same way as you. We are also sorry you were inconvenienced by our refund policy. I cannot beleive the way i was treated when i went there to rent a wheelchair for my wife. The lady working the rental area has no clue on what she is doing. It took almost an hour for her to figure out what to charge me. A month later i went in to show them the leg attachment is faulty and caused my wifes leg to drop down rapidly, thus resulting in 2 trips to the ER. At this point she told me i owed another $200.00 and i had the chair for a lot longer than 30 days. After looking at the receipt she saw that i only had it for 30 days and could not understand why i even owed the $200.00. At this

I can not thank Megan enough for her time, energy and above all her compassion! She went above and beyond to hèlp my mom today. I live in California and needed to get my mom a walking aide. Megan helped me to get her what she needed (over the phone) and even made sure it was set up and in total working order. She'll be my first call if I ever have a medical equipment need in Kingman again!
