Purchased two mattresses, toppers, a mattress protector. The quality of what you will get is unmatched. My kids said that it is like sleeping on a cloud. My wife and I purchased a mattress from here nearly 10 years ago. Knowing we aren't sleeping on fire retardant chemicals has been a wonderful benefit. Unfortunately, it has had one side effect we hadn't planned on. Whenever we travel now, I'm always anxious to return to my own bed at home! We'll be coming back for a mattress for our son soon.

In 2016, I drove to the store to pick out and then purchase their firm Coconut Grove mattress. When I tried to sleep on it, it felt like concrete, much firmer and less pliant than the store model. I assumed that my body would adjust to the bed and that the bed would also soften over a short break-in period. When that didn't happen, I contacted the store and decided to spend another approximately $900 to switch to medium cores to soften the bed. The first medium core I ordered was okay. The second was much too soft despite the fact that it was supposed to be of medium firmness, the same as the first

I visited the store with my family to see the collection of wool mattresses in person. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful. The show room was nice. There was a lot of variety. It took us several months to save up money to buy our mattress, but it was worth the wait. I will be purchasing a mattress topper from the store soon.
