So i called Uptown because i was told it would be cheaper than Grab-a-cab or Metro. I was sadly mistaken! I took Grab-a-cab to get to my destination an than Uptown home. Make a long story short Grab-a-cab -$6.00 Uptown -$10.00. Clearly changed me whatever they wanted! Mind you i went 1.5 miles. Never again!! Should have just walked!!

No set rates. Drivers charge what they feel like. Nice cars but let's create a system here guys for car service and not just limo airport service.

I have used them to travel from Reading to JFK airport. Driver was on time and courteous. Towncar was clean and stocked with refreshments. Had no issues whatsoever with any part of the booking process. I would highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough about Uptown. I called them very late last night and asked for airport service for my mother at 4:15am. Every other service said no or didn't answer. Driver was punctual and very courteous. I would highly recommend using Uptown as will I in the future.
