Love the Puronics system. We’ve been a loyal customer since July 2015. Never had a issue at all and have recommended to everyone that’s ever asked HOWEVER my only disappointment is we were told that they would remove and instal one time for free if we moved. We are getting ready to have our floor coated and although we aren’t moving we called to ask if they could unhook it for a week and hook it back up. (Same as a move in my opinion) and they said, if it’s not in your contract then it’s $500+ to do it. What a bummer!! So no matter what the sales person tells you, MAKE SURE ITS IN THE

If you're in need of a water conditioning system or service look for another company other then this one. Sales is very pushy, will try and upsell you to the max. After purchase we had problems with our system and none of the techs could seem to fix it. Tried to call and speak with someone about it, receptionist said she left a message for a manger to call me back and it's over 3 weeks later and still no call back. Bad service, bad company. Beware. I will look for another company to fullfil my water conditioning needs and the invoice these people sent me will sit unpaid.

So I was referred to them by a friend whom had this company install his softener/purifier. I needed my softener serviced as it was not working. For $129 dollars they sent out a tech who touched a couple buttons which displayed the normal info on the display as it was supposed to and not much else, he then told me the circuit card was bad. He said it would cost about the same as an entire new unit and to just buy a whole new unit, then call him personally and he install it for half of what Victory First would charge. Sounds like a good deal until I did some research and found the real problem and

Awesome company, awesome sales , and awesome service!!! I am so glad that my family is drinking purified water now!. I have a solid stainless steel terminator system , and i love it .
