I decided to use pest proof as a recommendation from a couple of people on a chat. They worked out well at the initial visit and I was happy and waiting anxiously for the next visit to get my mouse problem resolved. I received a call from dispatch stating she would schedule me for 01/14/2021 between 1-5pm, I asked her to please give me a call or text 30 minutes prior so I could meet them I am coming from work in Manassas. They arrived at my house today at 3:38pm I did not get a call or text and while busy at work I missed the call. I called back 10 minutes later and no response. I called back again

Technician was respectful, courteous, prompt, and efficient. Explained everything he was doing and what he had found. He put the new protective guard over the existing one to provide double protection from birds nesting in the exhaust vent, something I would not have thought of.
Overall, I give Pest Proof an A+. Will definitely use Pest Proof again and highly recommend the company for pest issues.

This company has been such a pleasure to work with. David was my technician a couple of times and let me tell you, he knows his stuff. He was very professional, on time and knowledgeable! He explained to us his step by step process and we learned so much from him. I've had problems with other pest control companies in the past that never showed up but they were at our door ready and at the time they told us. We are super thankful and will continue monthly services with this company. I will also refer David and pest proof to my friends, family and clients.

PestProof has been doing mosquito treatments at our home throughout the spring and summer, and we could actually finally enjoy our back deck in the evenings without being bitten! It was so nice! The technician is always on time, very professional, and very personable. PestProof provides great service at reasonable rates! We have tried several other pest companies and Pest Proof is by far the most knowledgeable and thorough company out there. We have tried to get our mouse issue under control with other pest companies and they all did the same thing- set traps and bait stations, nothing preventative. Started with problems with raccoon feces on my deck. They checked for possible breeding areas in my house. Ended up repairing holes and wood rot in my outer ceiling and roof beams, as well as resurfacing of my deck. Became like a one-stop shop.
I also had problems with birds digging into some wood rot in one of my windows and building a nest there. Rain water has been coming through. I called them again and promptly came and fixed the issue.

Their prices are very reasonable, they have excellent customer service and the technicians are very proficient. I'd give this company more stars if I could. The owner (I presume) chatted back and fourth with me via Yelp messages and gave me a quote for our SFH. The quote was very fair and he sent someone out during a window of 12-4 within a few days. Andy showed up around 2:30 and was extremely friendly and put up with my dogs attitude problem. He answered my questions honestly and was very informative and didn't push anything on me we didn't need. He was also careful to move all of the dogs toys and beds and food bowls out of the way before he sprayed and made sure it was dry and safe for

We called with an "ant emergency" and were accommodated same day. The technician was polite and professional. He inspected the area where we tracked the ants to and went on his way. He checked inside and out outside, applied a number of solutions to repeal, kill and bait the ants. Andy explained his work (what he did and why he did it) answering questions and giving us helpful tips moving forward. The cost was $225.00, I have no idea how the cost compares, but they were the only company available for same day service and to-date it was worth it. We are 48 hours ant free.

I called Pest Proof due to a termite and carpenter ant issue. They came out with an estimate for the treatment, which included one interior treatment and one exterior. Pest Proof completed the interior that day before they left. In the couple of weeks that passed before the scheduled exterior service, the Covid19 broke out in our area. Pest Proof honored the apointment and did a fantastic job. At one point I overheard them encounter a place where bees were building a nest in a door opening. I called the company and they arrived that afternoon. I was very impressed with the Professionalism and competency of the workers.
Within 30 minutes, Eric had inspected the damage in three places on my roof and had gained entry to my attic, quickly ascertaining that I had a raccoon.
A trap was set and the critter was apprehended that same evening. Another worker responded in the morning to take the critter away and repaired all the damage caused
