I can’t say enough how much we loved their work, their kindness, their professionalism, every single thing about the Royalty company was AMAZING! My 2 story house was flooded by our washer machine, it was a complete mess! They were on top of it all. No waiting, No unexpected things that cost more money, and their work was absolutely amazing! I'm really impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism of this company. I got the opportunity to watch how they clean area rugs and was amazed. It's not just a "wash and go" - it's a blow, clean and gentle dry. They had this beautiful Persian rug, and were using a special piece of equipment to first blow away all the dust, dirt, pet dander and other stuff embedded in the fibers.
