Corlett Express

I was told on Wednesday my freight would be delivered on Friday between 10 and 2. So I changed the rest of week up in order to be here for the delivery. At 1pm on Friday, I called to make sure it was still coming and they said they have no records of it and nothing is scheduled for delivery at all! I am extremely livid at them for one, lying to me, and two, just blowing me off saying they can 'try' and get out by next Tuesday!!!

This company has had my merchandise for over a month now. Wasted my time all day with a bad delivery date. Never showed up. When I called they assured it was going to be delivered, that didn’t happen. UNRELIABLE.

Amazing delivery company! I’ve had the most difficult time getting the item delivered and then the correct item as well. Every delivery or pickup from Corlett has been great! With the last delivery, they made a special delivery on Saturday even though they don’t work Saturdays. I would highly recommend them for any delivery needs.

I wish I could give them a negative rating. -5 stars Would not deliver the package after sitting on their dock for two weeks. Excuse after excuse why it did not ship. Manager is never “available.” Customer service is a complete joke. They are good at blaming you the customer for their problems and communication errors though. Hope to never have business dealings with them ever again. I still do not have my $5400.00 delivery.

Great company to work with. They care about their customers and have always done us a good job. Great drivers, great office people and great owners. Deal with a lot of LTL companies and I respect this one the most.

Great company! I work with them everyday and the customer service from drivers and office staff is phenomenal! Out of all the freight companies I work with on a daily basis, Corlett is by far one of the best! They deliver on time and the freight is damage free! I would recommend them to anyone!

Corlett Express Trucking has always done an excellent job for us. The driver on our last delivery was really excellent- his name was Matt. He was helpful and professional. We would love to see him deliver all our loads.

Been using these guys for years and they've always been fair and treated me well. I rarely have any issue with delivery time or cost. They're very consistent with how long they take to do things. Every now and then something gets damaged but that's shipping for you. None are perfect but as long as I've been dealing with Corlett they've worked hard to accommodate my needs.

I have worked at my company for almost 11 yrs and have used corlett to ship our freight since we started using them many many years ago. Everyone one there has always been great to work with and if anything ever came up that needed to be fixed they took care of it quickly. They are the first company I think of when doing local outbound or inbound shipping. They are a great company to work with especially Randy and Kent.

A product vendor that I use on the East Coast ships my merchandise through multiple carriers, the last being Corlett Express Trucking. My vendor pays the freight bill in full on his end, so that I do not have to pay upon delivery on my end. Every single time that I have received freight from Corlett Express Trucking I have been told that I owe them money. I have had to refuse delivery every time, and then I have to fight with the incredibly rude and unprofessional office staff over the phone to have them "resolve the payment issue" with the previous carrier. I feel that every time I have to deal
