First Solar is not the company you want to do business with. They don't care about customer service will lie to you over and over again hard to get a hold of and never follow up on anything they say. We was to get our system in Oct but it was till the week before Christmas that it was installed. They kept giving us a promise on dates but each date passed without the system being installed. Brain who is the manager does not care about the customer only that they get their money. The other review is very correct and I wish I had gone somewhere else. First Solar Team contracted to install solar on my house Aug 4, 2017. After 48 days of hearing nothing from them I started making phone calls to find out when the project would be started. I was informed at that time by Kellie Pickett that my project was quote "A small Job" that it had not been scheduled. Short story I was informed from Kellie on Oct 10th the First Solar Team was cancelling the contract and that the Deposit of $8500. would be refunded back to Enerbank. As of Oct 26th they have failed to return the money back to the bank. I have filed a formal complaint with Registrar
