Attorney Stephanie L. Mahdavi is a California board certified family law specialist, experienced in all aspects of divorce, including complex and high-asset divorce, along with complicated custody and visitation issues. Our primary goal is to keep the matter pointed at a resolution or settlement outside of court, minimizing strain and expense to the family.
While attending Law School, I was a law clerk for the District Attorney's office for Child Support. In 2007, I became certified as a family law specialist. I volunteer as a settlement officer in the Ventura County courts. In 2009, I opened my own practice where I continue to focus primarily on family law cases.
I attended UC Santa Barbara's Paralegal Studies Program. I have more than 20 years of experience in handling complex family law and civil litigation matters, from multiple-phase trials to complicated settlements. Prior to joining Law Offices of Stephanie L. Mahdavi, I worked as a paralegal for family law attorneys in Ventura County.
For the last decade, we have assisted clients and families throughout Ventura County and Los Angeles County, providing sound legal guidance that works to protect their future and the next chapter of their lives. I highly recommend. I have a unique situation where my divorce occurred in California years ago and I now live in Washington State. Stephanie has been my lawyer for over 4 years and I highly recommend her.
