Dr. Beamer is a board certified, fellowship trained specialist in orthopaedic sports medicine, performing arthroscopic (minimally invasive) surgery of the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, and ankle in adult and pediatric populations. He is proud to be a part of Marshall Medical Center Orthopedics. Dr. Beamer is a native of Rocklin, California.

I was Lucky enough to find Dr. Beamer after doing some extensive research on Orthopedic Surgeons in my area for my FULL hip replacement. I am a VERY active 52 year old who loves action sports like Motocross, Skiing, Mountain Biking, Racquetball to name a few and contrary to my wife's advice, I love testing the limits of what my body is still capable of. I have been Dr. Beamer's patient since 2018 regarding knee issues. This past winter he performed partial knee replacements on both knees, two surgeries seven weeks apart. I always do my research before seeing any doctor, and I did the same before seeing Dr. Beamer. I could not be more pleased with my decision. His education is stellar. His skills are incredible. He is compassionate and engages with his patients, listening to their concerns and addresses any questions. He also returns phone calls and messages which is most refreshing. Doctor Beamer is an amazing surgeon and a very special person. All of his staff, including his Physician Assistant, Reymundo Barocio, are outstanding. Rey too is very talented and made me feel extremely comfortable during the entire process.
My consultations were personal, informative and aligned around my goals and objectives. I couldn't be more impressed with everyone! Dr. Beamer did a wonderful job with my knee ... I had two previous arthroscopic procedures done before on this knee and Dr. Beamer did the third with the best recovery; he also injected Lipogems to help rebuild cartilage. He and his team did a great job and I recovered fine ... six weeks later its like new. Can't say enough good things about him.

I had rotator cuff surgery with Mr Beamer and unfortunately he didn't look at the entire MRI to see surrounding arthritis in my collar bone. That arthritic collar bone was digging into my fresh surgery site and caused pain with physical therapy for months. I had a post op MRI, Mr Beamer received the results and never called me to discuss them. I finally called him for an appointment, went over the MRI and he never mentioned the collar bone arthritis, but ordered another injection of cortisone by a radiologist. I had to tell him to look at the arthritic collar bone.

Hands down, the worst doctor I've dealt with. He claimed I was making up my knee pain and he would've done an unnecessary surgery which would've ended up with me at his office every day begging for pain medication. He referred me to his partner, who is absolutely AMAZING, and said if he thinks I need surgery then I can come back to him and get it. I stayed with Dr. Vance when it was determined I needed the surgery. I healed wonderfully and would never return to Beamer willingly. Dr Beamer is fantastic! I have seen 6-7 different orthopedic surgeons for arthritis pain in my knee following a broken knee I got in 2014. They all said to just get used to it and figure out how to live with it. Finally found Dr Beamer and am so happy I did. Took time to hear what I said and understood that "live with it" isn't an option in my eyes. He throughly reviewed my case and reviewed it with his mentor from Stanford, and gave me some options and what he'd do if he were in my shoes. I would like to take this opportunity to describe my experiences with shoulder surgery during the past year. Through frequent abuse over the course of 20 years, I managed to injure my shoulder to the point of constant pain; so much so that sleep could not be easily achieved. As per my General Practitioner, I underwent physical therapy for almost ten weeks to no avail. A CAT scan revealed a medium tear in my Supraspinatus Muscle and I was referred to Dr. Beamer in Cameron Park, California. I don't know what happened with the prior 1 Star review, but I've had a great experience with Dr. Beamer AND his office. Everything was well-coordinated and I was kept up to date. The surgery was successful (only 4 days post surgery as of this writing). I am already walking with assistance after a total hip replacement, home health is set up, and all has gone well.

Dr Beamer is flat out down to earth
He did major repair on my wife's hip
Her body just flat out didn't like it
My wife has had unfortunately over 20 surgery's in her short 40 years so far
From that point the light at the end of the tunnel got bright Dr Beamer said let's put in a new hip!!
His pa came in and said well his next available is a month and a half from now.
Dr Beamer came back and said
No waiting he said "how about Friday"
We were in and done!
Her recovery has been amazing

I'm now looking at shoulder

What a guy, what a surgeon ! Had the pleasure of the good doctor working his magic on me with a total hip replacement, anterior procedure. Was up & walking shortly after surgery & was released the next day. My recovery was rapid & relatively pain free...it's been a year since my surgery & I feel great ! So pleased I chose to have it done and that I chose Dr. Beamer to perform the surgery. He & his staff have made the entire experience informative & stress free, always available if needed. The good doctor is a wonderful guy, & you owe it to yourself to schedule
