Cardboard - Located 1515 Kentucky Street you can throw your flattened cardboard into the building.
Northwest Recycling specializes in commercial recycling with small and large businesses all over Whatcom and Skagit counties to aid them in better management of their recyclables. We have the experience, knowledge and equipment to efficiently manage all of your scrap metal needs. Whether it's handling small scrap metal such as production clipping, heavy, over-sized scrap or anything in between, we have the solution.
Northwest Recycling can provide a scrap metal dumpster for your business, construction site or if you have a large accumulation of scrap metal that you would like to recycle. Our scrap metal dumpsters come in many sizes and with lid options. They all have doors at the back of the dumpster for ease of loading and access.
Northwest Recycling maintains the county's largest inventory of storage containers both for rent and for sale. We have a number of storage container rental size options and delivery is typically within one to three days of your order. At Northwest Recycling, we make storing your extra material or household goods simple and convenient.
Northwest Recycling has a large variety of steel road plates for rent to meet the need of any size job. We provide specialized picking gear that picks the steel plates from its center point in order to make maneuvering our steel plates quick, safe and easy. Our steel plates are all 1 thick and have picking eyes on all sides of each plate.

Make sure you weigh your materials before dropping them off.
I have been there only a couple times; the first time I didn't weigh the material I was dropping off , and when I Looked at the receipt it all seemed ok.
The second time I weighed everything with my own scale before I stopped by.
As soon as I got there, I told them what I had and they proceeded to put the materials on their scale. At that moment I got a little distracted and didn't pay much attention to the numbers the came up with. It wasn't until I saw my receipt when I noticed that they only put less than

The friendliness and trust that NW Recycling responded with for our community project to build a Tiny House for a local Vietnam Veteran was one of the first amazing shows of support we had to begin & finish a home for Victor (which will serve other veterans as well in the future) . Every time I reached out to Chad to see if another month of shipping container use would be okay, there was nothing but assurance that they were on our team til the end. This was truly unexpected, amazing & of course helpful for holding building supplies and tools. We are so grateful for the kindness & generosity shown

The most reliable and fast service I've had in a long time. I got my inquires responded to immediately and the delivery the next day. Customer service was so good and when you are crunched for time and stressed to boot, it's crucial. After some research I found that the rates were lower as well. Thanks Guys!
