Critical: Professionalism
The gal named Sydney was very rude and unprofessional. Seemed clueless on everything I was asking, didn’t have any correct answers. Very snappy and short. I’ll be taking my business else where. What a sales woman 👍🏽

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Purchased a Cub Cadet zero turn mower. Everyone I interacted with were professional and responsive to my inquiries about the mower. Great " home town" store. Delivered my mower in one day and the gentleman went over the mower operation with me. This will be my go store for all my lawn and outdoor power equipment.

So far it's taken three trips to not fix my lawnmower. After paying $500 to rebuild the deck (505.10), new blades and spindles ($85 each?) last January (dropped it off in October) I stored it till the summer. I didn't have time to mow until June so I left
