Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Purchased a Cub Cadet zero turn mower. Everyone I interacted with were professional and responsive to my inquiries about the mower. Great " home town" store. Delivered my mower in one day and the gentleman went over the mower operation with me. This will be my go store for all my lawn and outdoor power equipment.

If you need a laugh, this is the place to go. Oddly, I'm not really laughing. That may not be entirely fair to say. In fairness, when I took my Troy Bilt Mustang 50 in in October ("my good mechanic moved to our other store so it might take a while") it was about winter so I expected a delay. I didn't expect 3 months, but I was not too chuffed.
So far it's taken three trips to not fix my lawnmower. After paying $500 to rebuild the deck (505.10), new blades and spindles ($85 each?) last January (dropped it off in October) I stored it till the summer. I didn't have time to mow until June so I left
