@ Shawn Cundiff, unfortunately when someone posts online there is no way to respond directly to them. Total misunderstanding all the way around on communication. All of our work is done with the customer in mind and high integrity. We do not just change parts to change them. The repairs performed for Mr. Shawn involved transferring of his brakes due to the rear end replacement. His brakes were in poor condition and the only additional cost was the price of parts. We stand by our work ethic and hopefully Mr. Shawn will reconsider the bad review. Respectfully - Ms. Linda

Had gotten a alignment from them before it was great. Went back for a estimate on rear differential. Was quoted almost $4500 , was told brakes would be included on the job. First he needed a deposit of $1000 which was never brought up when I got the estimate. Jad my truck for two weeks. Then when I went to pay and pickup my truck was charges $536 more for the brake he said was included in the price. And said they were really bad and needed to be changed. By the way they had just been changed a year and a half prior. He lied and smiled at me the whole time. Watch out for Noel he has no integrity

F350 2wd all new parts in front end every piece including ball joints and brought it in with new tires their alignment wore both imner tires within 7mo. Tires always wore out even beforehand this is the 2nd dually they did like this

I called about engine work on a Ford F250 and was thinking it could be the worse case scenario needing internal work done. After a sharing some information over a discussion, the kind person guided me to some simple diagnostic tests I can do myself because they don't really work on internals on small diesels. They mainly work on internals for large diesels. I appreciate that he wasn't one of those guys not willing to share knowledge. I'd definitely do future business with them just on this experience.

I was having the death wobble, shakes, etc. with my 32’ motorhome and like magic it’s all gone in a day. After picking it up, I took it out on the highway and smooth up to 75. It’s like a totally different motorhome. There is a reason why they are busy. I dropped it off at 8 and it was done mid afternoon. Thank you!

This is the most professional and customer friendly shop I have ever been to. No one around would do my wheel alignment because of my setup but they did. They treat you respectfully and make sure you are taken care of! I will definitely be using this shop again along with referring people to this business!

I didn’t want to write this review. I really had a lot of respect for these people. I brought my car in for an oil change and was told I needed new brakes. I’ve been having engine issues and honestly that should’ve been fixed before the brakes but I guess they found changing my brakes for $700 to be more profitable. I get a call while they have my car and the owner of the shop says they broke a part and that he would replace it, and told me not to worry about it. Said he wouldn’t charge me for something they broke. My bill that I’d consented to was already going to be $920. Keep in mind

Brought my Cadillac Escalade truck here because it had a sqweek coming from the front end. They were the only shop that were honest with me and were able to find and fix the problem. Brought my truck to 2 previous mechanic shops that just kept throwing parts at it and wasting my money and never fixed the problem. It's hard to find a good honest shop these days. They were super professional. I would recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here and know it's in safe hands and they will get the job done right. Definitely the best mechanic shop I've been to so far and believe me I've been to them ALL
