We are a third generation privately-owned manufacturer of prepared deli salads. Our production facility is located in Rockport, IN. Our products range from a full line of fresh salads to dips, cheese balls, cornmeal mush and horseradish. We provide bulk and retail pack salads to grocery and restaurant customers throughout the midwest.

We have added two new items to our line of salads. Loaded Potato Salad contains sliced, peel on potatoes and the typical ingredients of a loaded potato: sour cream, bacon bits and chives. It can be served cold or warm. It's been a great year! After the typical challenges with new equipment, our new potato operation has been a resounding success.
