Spagnolo Homes is a Rhode Island based, full-service General Contractor, founded by Bob and Cherine Spagnolo in 1995. Our customer-centric philosophy means we believe that being a good listener is necessary to being a good contractor and satisfying customers needs. Bob Spagnolo comes from multiple generations of tradesmen. He started work at a residential construction company during summers in high school until he decided to branch out on his own in 1995. Since recently retiring, she has repurposed her relationship & project management skills to work with our residential clients.

In all respects, Bob was meticulous in his work, cordial, and respectful of his clients' environment. If I had more projects, Bob would be the one I call without hesitation. This new, 8-unit property has incredible amenities, options to customize finishes and flooring, and is in an amazing location right by the award-winning Warwick Library.
I cannot rate Bob Spagnolo any higher because the scale only goes up to 5 stars. Bob is a professional in every way, from his honest estimates right through to the completion of his quality work. I have had Bob accomplish two major projects with which I couldn't be happier - installation of replacement windows throughout the house, and construction of an added family room to a small ranch house.

I recently hired Spagnolo Homes to build a second floor deck on my home.
During my initial call, I immediately witnessed Bob’s attention to detail based on the questions he was asking me and his great insight on my project.
We then had a very detailed discussion of the project to ensure that we were on the same page during the quoting process (No Surprises).
During the project, Bob continually gave me updates and requested my inputs/agreements along the way.
Bob’s professionalism, communication and passion for getting it right the first time were great attributes for a successful project

Bob Spagnolo is a total professional. Our architect was quite impressed with Bob's craftsmanship and attention to detail. Bob built our 1500 square foot addition and also redid the kitchen and lifted the roof to create two dormers. In addition, he just finished building a staircase and installing new windows in the carriage house. He is personable, responsible and fair in his dealings. I would recommend him highly.

Bob Spagnolo just helped us remodel our kitchen as we prepare to put our house on the market. Bob and his team of skilled technicians provided us with a brand new kitchen that will definitely be a big part or our ability to sell our home. Professional, on schedule, clean and all done while complying with Corona virus guideline. We chose Spagnolo Homes based on the great job they did when they renovated our home in 2015. Extremely pleased with all the work they’ve done for us. Have and will continue to recommend them for anyone looking for quality work.

This was our first time working with Spagnolo Homes and I would highly recommend them. The communication regarding the design, prior to the start of the job, was thorough - resulting in a deck that exactly met our expectations. The workers were professional and respectful. We were engaged to make mid-project decisions where needed. They even found a creative solution for a minor visual issue for which the decking vendor had no documented solution, even after I said it wasn't necessary. So nice! The deck is SOLID. Great quality construction techniques - no shortcuts. The job was completed much faster

We were fortunate enough to have Bob Spagnolo and his wife, Cherine, design and implement the installation of 17 windows in our home this past September. Bob and his crew of skilled and affable carpenters worked from 7am to 4pm daily to remove, replace, repair the rotted sills, and build new frames for the gorgeous Harvey windows in our sunroom and 6 over 6 windows in the basement and bedrooms. The job was started the day promised Bob promised and finished three weeks later, all within budget.
We couldn't be happier with the work and highly recommend Spagnolo Homes for exterior and interior home
