It was a pleasant visit at this dentist office. It was clean, organized, friendly and professional. The hygenists were very nice and knew what they were doing. Cleaning my teeth is always a difficult job. Also, I got my appointment. within the same week of my first visit. The dentist was very professional and told me what needed to be done to bring my teeth back up to health after covid 19. Oral hygiene is important and I prefer going to a place where the staff know their stuff. Also, there where nice flat screen TVs so I can keep my mind off those tools in my mouth 🤣

Dr Larysa Smith is a wonderful dentist. She fixed my teeth absolutely painless and with a great esthetic result. It’s been 3 years already and I had no pain or discomfort in my mouth. New patient. Called and confirmed before making the appointment that this dentist was in my insurance network of providers. My schedule of benefits included 100% coverage of cleaning. When I got to the office, the story changed. I was told I would be responsible for 100% of the cost of the cleaning. In addition to the copayment for x-rays that they said were mandatory. Mandatory x-rays for a cleaning? And I have to pay 100% of the cost? The receptionist was rude and demanding. Even at first refusing to return the photo copy of my drivers license and insurance card when I canceled the appointment

We live here quite recently. We had a very good professional Dentist in New York. I was very worried that I couldn’t find here at least an equal to him. But my worries were in vain. Wonderful dental office! I had a great experience with Dr Larysa Smith! I have done my research and find out that she has 30 years of experience in dental surgery. She is a Diplomat of American Board of Implanvology. Her work looks impecable and feels great! Her office accepting my dental insurance and it covered my dental work. I can’t be happier. I have been going to Palmetto dentist, Dr. Larysa Smith for many years. The office is efficient, timely and clean. They explain all what they are doing and keep you informed. Over the years I had a lot of the procedures done in this office, Root canals, crowns, bleaching. Everything was done with superb quality and in timely manner. Services are very reasonably priced and they accept dental insurance. Dr Smith has a very special numbing technique, you do not feel the needle at all. Beware! Dentist being investigated by my insurance company for advising unnecessary dental procedures and potentially fraudulent practices for financial gain. When they initially asked me when my insurance last paid for this procedure or that, I should have seen these as a red flag.

This was my second visit to Dr. Larysa Smith's office. The office staff are lovely: warm, welcoming, patient and helpful. Dr. Larysa is a wonderful dentist. She is clearly knowledgeable and suggests only the treatments that are medically necessary to keep your teeth and gums healthy. She is always willing to explain procedures and the reasons behind her recommendations. So glad to have finally found a dentist I want to continue going to!

I was glad to visit Dr. Larysa Smith of Palmetto Dentist for a second opinion, had a broken crown and also a cracked molar, which can be complex. I had a trip planned and did not want to experience a tooth ache!
When I met Dr. Smith she seemed very understanding honest and caring plus accommodated the short time to proceed with the process, the crowns are in and feel great!

After researching for a long time and tireless calls to dental practices, I was able to find a Dentist that accepted my insurance plan and let me come in for an urgent appointment as my molar was hurting badly. I came in to see Dr. Smith for a possible root canal. She was very good about dignosing and trying to make sure that I absolutely needed a root canal before agreeing to perform the procedure on me. Her demeanor is so confident and that is very important to me in a doctor, and it showed in her diagnosing and in her treatment when she performed the root canal on me and I have to say I felt
