Stephen Leitner began his career as an attorney after graduating from New York Law School, J.D. and thereafter New York University Law School with a Master of Law, L.L.M. After serving as house counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company he became a partner with O'Brien, Brett, Martin & Leitner.

After leaving New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company as staff counsel, Mr. Tort has focused his practice on the defense of Workers' Compensation claims representing self-insureds, third party administrators, major insurance carriers and municipal, county and state entities.Joseph C. DeFazio started his career as an attorney for Perfilio & Marquet, where he began to work in Worker's Compensation and liability.

After serving as house counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company he became a partner with O'Brien, Brett, Martin & Leitner. The firms were merged in 1978 forming Michals, Wahl, Silver & Leitner.

After leaving New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company as staff counsel, Mr. Tort has focused his practice on the defense of Workers' Compensation claims representing self-insureds, third party administrators, major insurance carriers and municipal, county and state entities.

John has broad experience in municipal government having served as a Township Committee Member (Council Member) and Deputy Mayor of Hanover Township, Morris County for six consecutive terms from 1990 to 2008.He has served numerous years as a Workers' Compensation Counsel to the Morris Joint Insurance Fund, the Morris Essex Insurance Group and Special Counsel to the County of Morris.

Randolph "Randy" Brause graduated from Cornell University with a BA in economics and a JD from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Brause is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court. The early part of his career included a substantial emphasis on criminal defense, civil litigation and real estate.
