Services
Simply hover on up (or drive, whatever your craft of choice does best) to a pay station and Press "Go to Clubs." Select the wash club you wish to use Earth Dollars to purchase, follow the prompts and pay with the credit card you wish to be billed to. Provide your receipt to a Mars-kateer. They will use their super dexterous human fingers to adhere your personal RFID decal to you windshield.

@henry kriss I assume you posed this review on the day of your service. If this is correct you came on a cloudy day with chances of rain which means they were probably low staffed. If they already warned you about the 40 minute wait time then I simply can not understand why you are complaining about the wait time of you car since you were aware of this before you pulled into the bay. I have been a regular at this place for over 4 years now and their customer service and the way they handle their service is nothing less than professional, efficient, and respectful. Just watched 2 guys jaw and dry the same 4 windows on 1 car for 30 minutes, while the 1 gal they have has had to go back and forth 8 times to the booth to check in cars, then back to dry another spot, then back to let a new car in, then back to attempt to make more progress on car number 2 of 2 (now 3 since she let in car 3). She DID warn me it would take 40 minutes sadly. But the way they are (MIS)managing these people now is a joke. No wonder they can't keep workers or patrons. Did i mention there were 2 managers/ supervisor just sitting around in the back room? Shameful. I wish I could retrieve

This is definitely my favorite place to bring my car whenever I'm in town.. Everyone there is polite and they do a great job if you Spring for the extra extra stuff that is done by hand. The car wash itself does a pretty decent job I had some bugs still stuck to the front end but to be fair they were pretty well baked on and they nailed my car while I was going 80 miles an hour through Wyoming so they were on there pretty good. I do love that this place has free vacuums and also a trash can next to the vacuums which was a very smart idea.

I power washed my truck 95% before I went there, there was only 2 spots of mud I couldn't reach on the underside. I asked to get whichever wash cleans the under side. $15 for the Super Wash. I looked at my truck afterwards and could tell no difference. There was still THIN mud spots on the wheels! The easiest part to clean.

There aren't a lot of full service car washes around. Today on a slightly rainy day I wanted my interior cleaned. I drove all the way through Martian. No one ever even saw me and it was open. I went back a second time and they said it would be a wait because there were only two people working. I realize it's hard right now to find workers. Also even in the past, I pay a premium for interior cleaning and it's just not as great as it should be. I'll be back but they really need to up their game.

Coming to this location for many years, I have never had to wait an hour for a mediocre inside and outside carwash...when there were only 6 cars in total doing interior service...until today. This place used to be under different management and they did a good job. Under Martian, sadly, its only gone downhill...

Although employees were extremely friendly and smiling, I did not receive the top of the line clean car experience that I paid top dollar ($40.00) for. A price I was more than willing to pay for the time I thought it would save.

Ok so on Mid Rivers they charge $8 for a basic wash! In St. Charles they charge $5 for a better basic wash! What is that??? I was not at all impressed with the overall car wash at this location. This location is closer to me, but why is the same company charging more here?? I'll take the longer drive to the other location.

Not worth the $45 I spent. They took forever and the only had 4 cars there. By the time they touched mine the watermarks were already dried all over the car. Then they sprayed the wax and the kid barely wiped it off. I was in a hurry to go, When I got home the whole car had wax all over the car and windows that they didn't bother to wipe down. I had to get a microfiber towel at home and wipe down the whole car again. Don't waste your money. I can get a much better job for half the price at country club car wash up the road.

Longtime patron to the car wash and typically had decent service but now two times in a row, I have been thoroughly disappointed. I am a small business manager myself so spoke to the manager like a gentleman after my first visit and described my issue. Decided to give the place a second chance and ended up having my car barely cleaned after paying for the most expensive wash and then when I asked for the manager a second time, he was too busy to come out and address the issue. Yesterday I had my car hand detailed at Martian Car Wash. She looks like a new car. The clay treatment on the outside made her so shiny and covered up scratches from my dog. The inside looks better than when I drove her off the lot! Highly recommend - give Brett or Justin a call. They have lots of options available. She smells of fresh leather. 3 years old, 50,000 miles, two kids, 2 dogs. Looks brand news.

Justin is the best manager! Unfortunately, I met him on the day I was canceling my membership. Literally two days after I got said membership.
I've been a loyal Martian customer for at least two years. They've sold some of their washes and now only have two. I canceled with Zipps, who took over their old wash so I could have a membership here.
I just had the most awful experience with Andrew, who said he was the manager at the new St. Charles location on First Capitol.
With SOAP and water spots all over my car, he basically told me I needed to "just wipe it off" and that

There seems to be a lot of negativity surrounding Martian Car Wash based on the previous reviews I've read. I have been here four or five times since they opened and have had nothing but positive experiences! Everyone has been incredibly friendly and do a great job with washing my car. I just drive a four-door sedan so there is not anything overly complicated with my wash. They also have been walking around and administering surveys while I wait so I appreciate that they are try to figure out what they can improve! Expensive services, rude workers, and a broken antenna.
I drive a pickup, and when this place was Green Lantern Car Wash I would come once every two or three weeks for an outside wash and an interior cleaning. I loved it and the price was WELL worth the service and quality.
Now, the prices are higher and the quality is gone.
